Hello, we are Keiu and Israel, we moved from Spain to Estonia looking for the house of our dreams. We found it!!! Just that it needs a lot of imagination and a full renovation. Although we have no experience we want to keep as much as possible from its historic heritage and we want to do it all by ourselves. I think screws instead of bolts would have been just fine. Don't see much I would have done different, given the materials. At least nothing structurally.
Thank you for the comment, here in Estonia asbestos is collected at the collection point, once there it is disposed of correctly and most importantly for free, in Spain where I come from it costs a lot of money to remove them
Nice project. I probably would have tried to install the drain on the outside of the shop, rather than the inside. You could probably catch the same flow of water.
