Honestly the amount of therapy that Catra needs is kinda crazy. Iirc she literally has PTSD from MULTIPLE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS! I mean how tf does one person have so much trauma, a lot of which is also basically self-inflicted. Ofc they ALL need therapy but Catra hands down needs it the most. Also we can’t forget that there IS an advanced education system SOMEWHERE on etheria (Bo’s family and all). Thus psychology has GOT to be a subject that is taught, therefore at there very least a pseudo-therapist must exists!
