So you’re saying a company with state of the art quality control never misses something. Then you expect three people running a startup business to not miss something, we know that 1 out of 1000 platforms may or may not have a defect. It’s good practice to inspect your equipment in the first place, I’m not going to just take Joe blows word that my rappel rope is 100% safe
Okay so I’m a newb to hunting and even more newb to bow hunting and getting into a tree… but last year I did use an OLD climber stand to hunt out of… it was a pain to pack in the woods but was easy and comfortable to get up a tree with… the friends I have that saddle hunt have always complained about sticks and platforms and before this video I was actually looking to see if I could DIY the top portion of a climber to be a foot climber/platform but wasn’t sure how to keep it from sliding loose when I stepped to the side… I’ve also never even put on a saddle or tried to use a lock on before but this set up looks simple enough….. wanna hook a beginner up with a deal since I gotta buy ALL the saddle gear (plus the rest of my bow hunting gear) from ground up???
We can’t do that, I’m sorry. My best advice is to buy the stuff a little bit at a time, that’s what I did anyways. Used equipment is great. Idk if we will but we may sell scratch and dent platforms that will be discounted
I was just asking it seemed like you were very keen on inspecting a product that I would think has touched your hands before it touches the consumer. I absolutely get that you should inspect all climbing gear before using it. I was just wondering why you were so insisted on someone looking over a brand new out of the box.
What belay devices are you using here? Are they proprietary belay devices that come with your climber? Will any of the safety hardware come with the climber?
We are using madrock and a gri gri. No the customer will need a saddle and follow the saddle manufacturers guidelines. The Quick Climber will include the pull strap to lock it to the tree and a 3 step aider. If you are unsure about what to get, you can call me anytime 260-571-0930
Would love to see a super compact/flat and light (sub 2 lb.) tool that ONLY functions as a means to get up the tree. (Climb, then set "ring of steps" w/ratchet @ chest level)..... Then climb little higher and step off climber onto "ring of steps."
@anthonywiley198 the second run will be shipping out around August or September. If your interested we suggest you get on the waitlist. It’s absolutely free but reserves your spot for a Quick Climber. The price is $399.99. Call me to get on the list 260-571-0930
Love the design of the stand, but I'm not quite sold on the need for repelling with it. It feels like an extra step that complicates things. Nonetheless, still a cool concept overall! 💡
I think rappelling down the tree is the best part, and with our system it’s not complicated at all. We need two items to rappel. We use a total of 4 items to completely climb and rappel
I like the rope in the bag for putting it thru the loop. You should try the S.M.A.R.T. climbing method with your climber. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5RAXg9LovLc.html
