gen 6/7th is the peak for me especially the 7th because all of them have backward compatibility for previous generation. after that none console impress me until switch came out.
My very first gaming experience was the Atari 2600 on a black and white TV, and then Super Mario Bros on the NES. Growing up in the 90s was so cool lol! I guess I'm an old guy to you lol!
@@jacksonlloyd It was definitely awesome! Seeing the 16 bit SNES Super Mario World for the first time, and then seeing Mario moving in full 360 degrees for the first time in Super Mario 64 was SO mind blowing man! And forget about living through the times of Street Fighter 2, Mortal Monday, and the debut of original Playstion! I'll never forget that feeling!
The current era of woke cencorship , race / gender politics , battle passes , unfinished broken games, patch it later “ game of the year edition “ “ complete edition “ sure hope it’s complete. This gen Fkn SUCKS!!! Absolutely the worst gen ever You can’t argue that bro it fkn sucks
I grew up during the playstation one two and three era, and all the best games were rated M for Mature. My dad being a bible thumping JEBUS FREAK wouldn't buy me any M rated games.
Hi Jackson, love your video on this topic. I’m writing a speech on this topic for a college class. Are you ok with me using your video as a source and if I may cite anything? Thanks!
Great video editing and a fun watch Jackson!! The Gamecube nostalgia tho. I've been having fun creating Nintendo content on my channel and i'm glad I found yours. You have a new subscriber :)
Great video and coverage of video game history! I was very lucky to grow up when I did having great memories with the consoles and games I had access to. The late 90s and the 2000s were my era and I'm truly blessed.
