I never tasted brains and wasn't ready. I was studying in shillong for five years and i dined with dohkhleh frequently. When I shifted to nehu, it was easily available in the campus. One day during break I asked kong if they liked brains? That was when I knew dohkhleh was a mixture of brain 😅😍 anyway i continued to have it regularly
