Hi, I'm in the middle of a refund dispute with Alibaba at the present time. I spent $937 USD for a CRYOLIPOSIS fat freeze machine that melted the handles (the part that touches a person's skin) the very first time I used it. I uploaded photos,screenshots of messages between seller and myself, EVERYTHING they have asked for. But they keep going round and round with me and ask for the same information over and over. The seller wants me to use the machine yet again and make a video for them to determine what is causing the handles to melt, VERY DANGEROUS! as the machine has to be full of water to use correctly. I expressed my fear of doing so and they told me I could take it to someone of their choice to inspect the machine but that it would cost me $1500usd!..WHAT?!! that is more than machine costs ..I feel as though I'm getting scammed and do not know what else to do ..I've already escalated the matter 3 times now on fourth time and I get the exact same runaround..almost verbatim...can you help me?
Okay. Maybe you have some solution and maybe not. I ordered from Alibaba and received my products but there was a missing part. It took a long time to work with the supplier on this missing part as she kept saying that the part was included with the shipment. All in All too much Time passed by and I can't do anything with the Alibaba complaint center. I even tried doing a credit card dispute and sent them all the documents but then they finally sent a return letter saying that too much time had passed by. Now it's been over a year since I ordered the product and it's been less than a year since I received it. I'm trying to purchase the pieces that are missing from the supplier which I think is ridiculous and the supplier is just constantly asking me questions. Where do I live and all these other kinds of things and it's quite confusing as it was before when I made the order. They should have all my details and know exactly what I need but it's just a long drawn out process. I have asked the supplier if I could just buy the small plastic pieces in the USA somewhere but I'm not sure they're even available. No one here knows what they are. That doesn't mean they couldn't direct me to a proper place but I kind of doubt it. So I'd like to make some kind of complaint about this supplier and I've heard there are places where this can be done and it would cause problems for the supplier. Any suggestions?

on the 9th of this october i made a payment of 10000rmb to the above supplier and after some days he blocked me from chatting him on alibaba chatting platform and whatsapp and till today i havent gotten my product and i have been trying to contact him through every means possible but it was not possible. i cant communicate him again till today.

We have spoke about the idea of probably a DDP option. They did not ship to Israel yet, and I have a good custom broker who works with a good company of shipping who has partners from Germany. Should I suggest this factory to collaborate with this company ? means, this company's German brokers will collaborate with the factory ? Regarding transport from the port in Israel to the buyers house I have a professional transport partner. The insurance of the grand piano while transport in Israel should be in contract with me? or still with the company?
