We like to have a laugh and waffle a lot it's all about enjoying ourselves and hopefully you enjoy watching. We do meet up with other youtubers and subscribers from time to time. We also like to do a few hill camp's,bikepacking adventure and a few kit reviews but we are mostly in the woods as there's nothing better than chilling out in front of the fire with nice food and a few JD's and graveys ie Stella's. Great vid lads.I remember camping at Leaplish at Kielder, i booked Three days, lasted Two. I was so swollen by Midge bites my wife didnt recognise me when i came Home.I had British Army Insect Repellant first night .....no good next day bought a local supposedly midge repellant, no good.Apparently Avon so soft is supposed to be the Dos dangly bits. Yep Jimmy our Bathtime was the same as a kid mate,tin bath open Coal fire and outside netty. Keep up the good work lads.
Brilliant lads, really enjoyed watching this - I've plans to head vaguely that way myself, but later in the season when the midge have done one lol. Looked like a canny old route Roney had scouted out, I've not done that part of the forest before, so it was nice to see. A lovely pitch apart from the midges, and laughing my head off with drinking your JD through your midge net! That, is flipping genius!! The midge of Kielder are enough to make anyone swear mind, they just ruin everything. Have you not tried 'Smidge' Jimmy? It's works like nothing else for me - it doesn't stop them landing on you, but it stops the buggers from biting. I've been using it last 4-5 years and wouldn't use anything else. A good test for the bikes, but The Cube is expensive for a reason, it's the Rolls Royce of e-bikes. That Duotts did ok mind, but it's probs best suited to commuting. Cheers Jimmy atb DVS :)
Alreet mate when I was a kid fourty years ago was always up in kielder it's amazing how much it's changed/grown looking proper lush now I'm only from west end of the toon so should really get me arse back up there carry on carrying on wor kid ATB
Loving this my favourite place in the UK I go to escape it all. Absolutely love this place my last visit was April perfect conditions. Didn't want to go back to London. Thank you so much for sharing 😊.
Haha, 😂 liked your sieve idea for the midge Jimmy. Aye Jim I was in Keswick a couple of weeks ago campsite camping and when I was out and a about I came across wild campers just yards off footpaths and burn marks off fires and litter, it’s tossers like this that are going to spoil it for the sensible wild campers who enjoy the escape. Nice one fellas, Something a bit different, and really quite relaxing too, to be honest 👍 Can really see the appeal of E-bikes, but I couldn't get one, it wouldn't be fair having Buddy constantly run, and every time I'm out, he is with me. Midges!! Incense Sticks Jimmy for midges! Sick o' telling ya 😂😉 (not sure even they would've worked for the mornin' you had tho) And my Nan had an outside toilet at her old cottage (where we lived for some time also) Temperature always drops more when you're near water. Camped by the canal the other week, was almost freezing (had a constant breeze too) What happened to Summer, eh? Question, do you have a pair of walkie talkies to contact each other while on the bikes? Cracking video that mate looked like great fun and then bikes look class. Is it just me but when you seen the critters flying round on the video it felt like I could feel them 😂
Hi lads, great video. Them bikes are a game changer. What a great idea using the hammock on the ground as it has the midge net. Never thought about doing that. Worked well with them fence panels.
Awesome video per usual. Love seeing the Geordie Household Calvary out on patrol. Rooney is like me, he is blessed with natural momentum, especially when heading down hill. The sped up portions while bike 🚴 riding were hilarious, never saw feet 👣 pedal so fast 💨. Looks like you two rang the dinner 🍽️ bell 🔔 for the mosquitos 🦟. Sounds like you ate a few😂😂😂. Nice to see you’re both enjoying extra filtered hard earned drinks. You were sounding like Dopey from Snow White with your hiccups. The moon 🌕 reflecting off the water was beautiful. Those mosquito repellent pads do emit a chemical that has been known to cause really trippy dreams 🫠. Especially if you use them in an enclosed space. Would those portable batter banks like Jackery or such extend your e-bike range? I’ve seen people put a blanket or poncho over their bike at night or when it’s raining 🌧️ . I’ve noticed some using carts to haul extra gear. 🍺🫵🤘🇨🇦🫡🇬🇧🤘🫵🍺
Could do with getting yourself one of those dji drones, Harry's abit of an expert in what they can and can't do so best ask him 😂 we should make him a special badge for it 😂
I once took a frying pan for a walk and it got very upset when i ignored a gas cooker lying under a bridge on its own , but you could tell it had addiction problems, it had gravy splashed all over the place, and it oven had been abused like a postmans letter box, anyway hows your front lawn looking xx😊

What ablovely scenery again buddy. I still say ebikes and bushcraft still have a great future to play. Mine gets me to places I would never be able to go now my health isn't as it should be and I'm getting older. Those gates...especially the kissing gates and anti bike ones are a pain in the rear. I've now saved carrying a lot of weight, provided there isn't limited access to bikers...a Burley flatbed trailer...all my heavy stuff goes in that now when I do an overnighter or a weekender....saves the battery white a bit too. Great video...awesome seeing you guys outdoors and showing some much needed ebike packing footage there and back and on all typed of ground

Great Video as usual mate, the camp is coming on great, looks really good lads. I make pizzas off and on like that using flatbreads, mini nans or pitta's. I spread one side with a mixture of Tomato puree and Siracha sauce then press grated Cheese into it then put it onto your filling in the pan. Great stuff keep up the great work lads.

Nice one Jimmy, We were out on a camp last night (Bud an myself), woodland by the local canal, and like you I just enjoy the peace an quiet. (Takes the GoPro, doesn't get it out once 😆) Rude loud interruption when a barge goes through the locks mind 😖 then back to peace an quiet 🙂 I too build fires in the tipi shape, much more controllable and less chance of it turning into a, you could say, wildfire... That very 1st pizza you did, I'd of folded in half and done the bottom awhile, still looked alright mind, as did the 2nd 👍 When I saw that flat packed paracord... 🤣🤣🤣 Your livestreams are brilliant and always try to join 'em 👍 Cheers Jimmy (& Rooney) Take care All the best D & B 👍
