Manuals are the first trick i ever learned. In about 10 minutes. Sure it took me a good year ti be able to ollie into then and ride them for any longer than a few feet. But its the most self explanitory trick. Jus balance. @nash06
90% sure that's backside. It's about the part of your body facing forward/front of the obstacle. As you rotate left toward the obstacle, your back is facing forward. If you were on the otherside and rotating right, your front would face forward as you slide, hence, frontside. I started on vert and was always confused why frontside kickturns were turning backwards, until someone explained that when you kickturn backwards (Right for goofy) you are facing the coping, which is what counts. When you turn forwards, your back is facing the coping, so it's backside. I'm almost positive this is backside.
Good shit, don't be afraid to lock into the slide. Let it shoot out a couple times when you are finding your balance I prefer the shoot out over the stick cause I'm able to get a sense for the ledge. If I purposely let it shoot out I'm ready to catch myself then when it happens unexpectedly I'm also ready
i think your feet keep landing on your board toeside so try putting them further back maybe... idk exactly since i cant do this but just a suggestion maybe
I’m sorry, im saying this in good faith but that did not count. There was no slide at all, just a stall. You should learn to slide at least a few feet normally before you try it with the flip
Most skaters don’t have their own skate obstacles….. and as far as a skate box goes, you’d be an idiot to not build your own….. it’s a fucking box, not space ship. A drunk monkey with a nail gun could build a suitable skate box.
I must have had 100s of trees planted, lol. Besides the short run of the etnies Mike V's and 1 pair of Lakais, I have been skating kingpin since the mid-90s
