It's sad even though Henry, with the most important character and that we control him, dies. It's worse than Charles' death, a forgotten death, avenged, but without friends and forgotten.... Sad
I always come back to this ending. Henry essentially just murdered the largest criminal gang to get a shiny piece of gemstone. No Charles, No Ellie, just himself.
The ending is the most canonical. From the very first part, Henry managed to get into the bank, but he was noticed by cameras. In the last part, he managed to get out of prison, but Ellie followed him. In fact, throughout all parts of Henry’s actions carried negative consequences, and Henry did anything for the sake of money and victory to the end.
I love how Kayn West didn't take a minute to check up if Henry's was a Toppat member when actually he's clearly isn't wearing any top hat. Yet, I think he was too kindly to notice Henry wasn't a Toppat
