One quick question on an old video but how to assure the ball joint is 100% flush before driving it home? You mentioned a massive headache but didnt give any tips on how to get it just right. Any advice would be lovely as I'll be doing mine this coming weekend. Cheers mate
I have a 2010 WRX and now have both visors coming down. I thought the issue was with the clip on the left side. Is the issue the visor itself then? I've had to place paper into the clip to help keep the visor up. Thanks for the video!
Is that a RH drive driver side (left) visor? I ask because it looks like the visor mirror is on the windscreen side and the safety sticker is upside down.
Is it necessary to change out the rear differential as well, also were there any additional electrical connections that had to be converted in order to not throw a traction light?
Could you please do a video on how to unjam the same door lock while it’s closed please I’ve managed to remove the door panel but can’t unlock it to open I’ve used the wd40 spray inside key lock an just sprayed what I could see on the inside but still can’t open it
Thank you Guys. 2009 subaru impreza, door wouldnt close, latch stuck in the closed position, I was driving, stopped, opened the door and it would never close again. Drove home holding the door as closed as possible. this made the job a breeze. Thanks again.
I could have a completely different issue, I'm here trying to figure out what my problem is but if I put the key in and turn to unlock and pull the handle it opens. Hope this helps
Did you figure it out without calling a locksmith im in the same boat it’s been closed for nearly a month because I won’t pay $200 for a locksmith to open my car door, but I’m fat-ish an I hate climbing over the seats so I barely use my car now an just use others cars
Question…what if the little balls that connect the handle to the rest is broken? My door handle itself is not broken, but it no longer opens the door from the inside, so I was thinking one of the two “ball end” connectors might be broken. Is that possible and is it an easy fix?
Great video. Following your guidance I was able to do mine but misplaced my ‘twitter’. It that what it is called? I am just asking so I can order a replacement. Thank you

My door hasn’t opened in a year and I can’t open it from the inside or outside and the locks don’t work even if I switch to unlocked manually. What needs to be replaced
It could be a number of issues. But first of all I would be trying to use central locking from the drivers door (the drivers main window switch lock/unlock button) or the car remote to lock and unlock the door and see if it is working for the other doors. If that doesn't work, then I suggest you go to a mechanic as it's not something that could easily be diagnosed here.@@karlarevolorio743
Hey guys, love the content! Just a bit of feedback. Don't forget to use external lighting - especially when using black trim. It can be almost impossible to see what is on camera (plus also when compressed by RU-vid) vs. what you can easily see in person when you record. A small light in the hotshoe of your camera will increase the quality of your content! This will also fix your focusing issue as you can use a larger f-stop so everything stays in focus rather than needing a low f-stop on the lens because of the overall lack of light. Keep it up! Brilliant work.
Thank you mate! We usually do and RU-vid does upload to 4K. That's great advice and we are definitely trying to improve each video as we go. Appreciate you taking the time to send through your recommendations :) Thanks legend.
I have a 2010 Subie Forester. My inside handle won’t work so I have to open from the outside. Do you think one of those cables may be broken? I’m going to try and repair myself before going to a garage. Great tutorial!
