Welcome to The EDS Life...
We are two sisters from Australia who vlog daily on snapchat about what it's really like for us to live with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
EDS is a rare, genetic, connective tissue disorder that effects every single part of our bodies.. and it can become a real struggle to try and live a relatively normal life with this often-times invisible and sometimes debilitating illness.

Hit subscribe, add us on snapchat, or like us on facebook to catch our vlog videos every day.

Hello, you seem not active. Either way, I pesonally have EDS-like symptoms and once I had 'mild' acute pancreatitis, which wasn't according to the doctors alcohol-related or gallbladder related. So I'm interested in a possible connection between the two.

That actually just happened to me yesterday! It was cold out so I was already tense. As I held the door of my backyard open, I sneezed hard and an immediate pain shot up the left wingbone on my upper left side of my back. And now whenever I breathe in too deep or rotate my left arm a certain way, the pain is felt. I have no idea how to correct it other than to constantly stretch the muscle with care and patience.

The fears with regards to the shower are too real. On top of the possibility of hurting yourself it also could just tire you out way too much for the rest of the day.. When my shoulder subluxes I can never get it back into the right place. Usually takes a week or so before I can lift something up without wincing. Literally feel your pain 💙
