Yes. It is on the datasheet, but if you happen to have an unknown encoder, particularly an old one where you can't get info off of the part number, and want to verify the count, you can use the above method.
5000 PPR per info above. Unless you mean in a general sense what does "line count" mean. Line count is pulses per revolution. The resolution of the encoder without taking quadrature into account.
