Great video I am taking my 10 year daughter to Disneyland next week it's our first trip to Paris, we are stopping in the hotel l'Elysee just over the road from this shopping centre , to be honest I didn't even know it was there when I booked , it looks fantastic will definitely pay it a visit .

wish you had shown how and where to queue at St Pancreas for Security check in, how long it takes to pass through Eurostar security and where and how to scan your ticket for the next train at Lille to Marne La Ville
@@KW-wr1ey the problem is you are not allowed to film security. The security at St. Pancras can take 10 mins or 45 mins depending if it’s a quiet time or a peak time. It’s way faster than the airport! You scan your ticket from Lille to Disney at the top of the platform. They have people standing there to scan your ticket or sometimes a machine to scan your ticket. It’s always at the top of your platform. At Disney station Marne La Vallee they have staff scanning your ticket to get on the platform for the train to Lille.

I went for Christmas with the Hogwarts in the snow event and for Halloween for the Dark Arts event, I wanted to go to this current event Return to Azkaban but the flight prices are very high, who knows if they will do it again this year too next. I wanted to ask if it's possible, the letter you see at around 11.40, was given to them as a gift with the afternoon tea, or did you buy it yourself or was it included in the ticket. You mentioned the skip tax app, are people happy to provide a receipt specifically for 'skip tax'? It seems that for the receipts to be accepted by the app you must ask for a certain receipt.
@@beautywithinsherry7141 no it doesn’t you can only claim tax back on things you bring home that have the tags on and you didn’t use them on the holiday.
Glad you liked it! It took me a lot of visits to find my way around this Mall and what it offers but it’s always great for a visit when you go to DLP. Auchan is my favourite!
@@dxfan18 if you have a Disney Hotel you can try to add it to your booking as an extra. I don’t know if it will still be there by December but you could do lunch or dinner instead?
I've stayed there many times, but I started renting a house when my traveling group got larger. I'm doing my 1st solo trip in Sept, and I'll be back at Pop after an absence of about 15 years. It's going to bring back a lot of good memories! Thanks for sharing this.

How did you book the royal makeover? When I called they said one has to stay at the Disneyland hotel…could you book last minute at the hotel? Lovely vlog!!!
I did mention that we booked it with our Davy Crockett hotel reservation but now they have changed the rules and you can’t do it anymore. They honoured our reservation but you can’t book anymore unless you stay at the DLH. Let’s hope they change back to letting anyone book it.

Yes it is you can look up the opening times online just put Val D’Europe Shopping Centre (or Centre Commercial Val D’Europe) into google and you will be able to click on their website and see the opening hours

We had a blip and go tag for our car it meant we just drove to the toll it went beep and then then barrier lifted. It works by being linked to a bank card was so easy
Hi Liz, great video. Just a quick note you may want to amend. Only UK stickers or magnet stickers are valid for France now. GB ones are not legal after the law was changed in September 2021
@@joools66 ah OK i bought the car kit in 2020 but then I had to cancel because of Covid so my GB stickers are out of date. However I did show the U.K. stickers on my Numberplate so hopefully people can work it out. I can’t change the vlog once it’s uploaded

I do have one question if that's ok, what is the process for the return journey from Disney to Lille to St Pancras? Are passports checked at Lille, for example? Thank you for all this help, it is such a weight off the mind!
We booked and paid in advance but you can also just ask if there are any spaces on the day itself and pay then. It includes all the food and drink you see in the video it’s a set menu. You can get vegan alternatives. You would only pay extra for alcohol.

I stayed in this hotel 7 years back when visited DLP.. nothing fancy but we love the break fast, location, free shuttle to the parks and off course the crew. The location is just in front of a huge mall where we can find various eateries for dinner. During our stay we were not staying in the park late for the fire works as we don't want miss the free shuttle. We are planing a trip this year, just wonder that how is the shuttle service going on now a days and have utilized the service to come back to hotel after park closing, how efficient it is ?
The shuttle is Ok in the morning and stops a few hours in the middle of the day. I never used the shuttle late at night I used the RER train instead it’s only one stop and a lot easier costs €1.90
