So if someone just got the news of getting a permanent bar can they make an appeal within 30 day? Also, can the full 10 years of the permanent bar be served inside the US or does that person have to leave then go through the process seek asylum, get a green card, visa etc to reenter the us and serve the remaining years of the permanent ban. Also, what happens if the person who is leaving based on the permanent ban is the provider of the household?

hi, i applied for the parole humanitarian as well on August 26th 2023. i am from nicaragua but went to the united states and lived there for 12 years when i was 5 on a student visa, but i was never a resident. three years ago i stopped studying , so i came back to nicaragua since the student visa wouldn’t be valid . now, im really confused because according the uscis website , they prioritize older applications. it’s come to my knowledge that several nicaraguans are being approved ( not by lottery since it’s going in chronical order ) that are later dates than mine. i think that they received my case but just haven’t approved it yet. i’m wondering if it’s because i lived in the states on a student visa for 12 years so they have to run like background tests on that? idk . my question is how much longer do you think it’ll take for them to do that if they really were running background tests. can you check or please help me? i’m really desperate at this point, i miss my american family , they raised me . ( not blood related, but still family for me. ) please help me..
