The windows in the master shower are just stupid AF. They should have put a linear window up high for light and a wall in the middle instead of glass. It's like you are on display. Plus, everything is too bright. White floors and walls and counters. Maybe a light grey on the walls would tone it down a bit. I love these floorplans though.
Florida overpriced garbageeeeeeeee dump houses and thier over priced property taxes, Florida is going down and not going to get back up at allllll's not worth purchasing, not even a dog house in today's economy in Florida at all. it's alllll over the newssss... that is exactly why lots of people are leaving florida. Thanks to your crooked governor and the condo issues. That house is actually worth only 250k. Let allll of your Florida investors know that they're allllll are screwwwwwww😂😂😂like no tomorrow 😂😂😂😂😂😂 bye bye Florida and helllllllloooo Texasssss...yeeeeehaaaaaaaa 🤠🐄🐮
@@travisrichardson6233 Interesting take.. By that logic, every house built today is just a future antique! But hey, in 3-4 years, those floors might be retro-chic who knows though. Only time will tell.
I like this house design and the attention to detail is amazing, my only criticism is about the guest bedroom sliding doors on the front of the house, sorry I don’t see the benefit of that, and in 2500 sf. home I would like to have a proper pantry, yes they squeezed in four bedrooms… And someone mentioned the access to the garage will be a pain. I would like to see that home staged, I could be wrong, but the living room is a bit narrow, and there is a huge space between the kitchen island and the living room sitting area. Not saying that’s necessarily bad, but will need a good designer to choose a right furniture.
Absolutely beautiful home, great craftsmanship, and superior design! Has everything any one can imagine. My issue is with Cape Coral is technically no beach, and that Coca Cola color water is not what most of the people like. I drove around the City and saw it’s not well taken care of, the landscaping and etc… And a lot of homes showing signs of previous hurricane damages. I would say that the area around the marina is nice and well maintained, but there are older homes, most of the new construction is way behind and the gulf access, If you are a boater is difficult or take a long time.

Pros: Love the unique front door and the glass doors for the office Generous size rooms…very livable The primary bathroom is massive- you could definitely have a party in there!😂🎉 Great outdoor kitchen and pool area The little covered area off the garage is pretty cool and not something I have seen before Cons- For $1.2M, I would definitely expect upper cabs in the laundry room. You can’t put blinds in the shower…the builder definitely should have done darker tinting on those windows😳 Didn’t see any outlets along the back kitchen wall…did they hide them under the cabinets? If so, that was a cool touch. As always, I’m Team 1 Sink in the kitchen. Great tour!👍🏻
Nice big house… 3 car garage… nice master… great outdoor space… However, I don’t vibe with the trim colors, the doors, the cabinets, wood walls, kitchen island colors… I’m not feeling it… love the space of it all tho… but for me it would be a gut…
This home has a lot of very nice features. Love the dry bar, tile backsplash in the laundry room, and the pretty outdoor kitchen. Some of the offices I see look tiny(like 8’x9’), but this one feels a little wider and more spacious. Would prefer a three car garage, but I do like that this home offers a lot of storage with the large pantry, linen closet, and custom closets in all the bedrooms(that go all the way to the ceiling). I like all of their design choices throughout…kitchen sink(with one large bowl) on the island, transom window in the primary bedroom, lots of natural light in the primary bathroom, handheld and rain shower head in the bathroom, pool with a spa, bubblers and sun shelf. This is the first shower niche I have seen that is actually large enough to hold all of my hair stuff😝 Beautifully done. I’m not considering a home that isn’t on a canal, but I am wondering if this builder has any other homes available on the water(now or anything coming up over the next year)?
@@yelinagonzalez5520 He builds a beautiful home! Maybe you can answer my question since Chris didn’t…does your husband have any plans to build this model home on a canal lot anytime soon or in the future? I’m only considering homes on the water, but this house would be perfect for me. Really love the attention to detail and design choices.
@@RenySouthCarolina Thank you so much for your kind words. Yes he does. He also has the same model with a 3 car garage and 3 baths. For a canal home any of these models will be beautiful.
I like I like the floors. I prefer the sink on the island. I hate when they put the stove in the island. Seems like a burn hazard for kids your trying to feed at the island
