Established in 2003, School of Leadership (SoL) intends to be the cornerstone of sustainable development in Pakistan. SoL was founded with the identification of an opportunity - the large reserves of energy of Pakistan’s fast-growing youth population. It was the vision of SoL’s founding trinity; Shireen Naqvi, Kamran Rizvi, and Saima Khan to harness this latent energy and direct it towards more fruitful pursuits. Over the years, School of Leadership has created synergies and leveraged scant resources to create mutually-beneficial partnerships facilitating SoL to expand its reach and enhance impact. Those who have experienced the SoL journey have broadened their horizons and capacity to envision mutual prosperity. Today, SoL is helping the youth discover their values derived from a combination of a rich heritage and an unmatched zeal to lead the future with a goal to benefit humankind.

Overall discussion is good, some grass root realities and norms came under discussion. It is mandatory to be honest for both the employer and the employee to get a better result from their association. No super team emerges over night, leader has to work hard to select potential team members and groom them to achieve some marvelous targets.
