Mucha limpieza en el lugar de trabajo nada de suciedad un ejemplo para los tecnicos mexicanos que suben sus tutoriales y todo bien puerco aunque lo expliquen bien.
Not even checking seal working length, and how is that impeller nut going to hold tight, again stainless bolt and shaft no activate spray used, No proper torque setting , 30NM minimum and not even torqued onto shaft taper properly. No way to fit a gasket without a set of alignment studs . Need to improve your assembly skills mate !
First of all you have loctited a seal sleeve to a stainless steel shaft, which would require a activation spray as stainless steel isn't a reactive material,, so seal sleeve may possibly slip in the future, causing a leakage path between sleeve / shaft . The use of a soap detergent isn't recommended for the stationary seal seat or the rotational seal. And never fit a seal without a suitable seal bush to eliminate any rubber boot damage

uggestions:1st, avoid contamination of lubrication on d seal faces by applying d fluid in d pump bore & shaft rather than on d seal itself. 2nd, use an installation tool instead of screw driver. A slip of d screw driver can damage d rubber, & d likelihood of d drive band being installed too deep into d seal face side;which virtually nullifies d ability for d seal face side to float axially. Lastly, arbor press should be used to install d stationary seat in order to avoid parallelism issues.
