Customer service is a vey hit or miss affair. Occasionally it is brilliant but more often it is sadly lacking. It has got worse since the introduction of service by faceless telephone systems.
Valid observation, the faceless human less interaction that is programmed and is unable to interact if the cues are not present. And this has not helped but increased acts of anger and acting out. Emotional, social, cultural and generational intelligence AI is only as good as what is programmed and in the archives. SHUKRAN
Interesting perspective but why would you say that. Disruption for change in a positive sense and for growth. It may be disrupting my own culture for growth why would you think of this in a negative sense? And do you know what my culture is for you to assume tainting another or vice versa 🙏
Brilliant insight Nicola. Virgin probably got it right … call it Purpose… it’s pretty clear to everyone what it should mean . The Vision Mission… statements framework was probably devised by a big 5 Consultant and everyone just went along. Puurpose and underlying Values that deliver that purpose could well be the next framework …
