Obviously he doesn’t know how to race or had no intentions of racing, so you should’ve just played him at his own game and stuck it in to his arse end and put him in the tyres
After removing the front, is it possible to run a cable from a recessed LED bar up into the engine? When I shine a light from the outside now (in the lower compartment), it doesn’t look like there’s anywhere to run the cable up into the engine room (V40 MY 2019, also R-Design).
That clonk is caused by the rear mount on the lower control arm - the vertical bolt with the 21mm nut on top. The torque required is huge, so they are often fitted loose. I had the same on a v70, and just fixed it on an xc90
Thank you so much for a great fantastic video. I can not tell you how grateful I am as I was so upset worrying about changing the surrounding trim. I have subscribed too thank you again you are credit to RU-vid
Once you get use to releasing the clips it becomes easy. You can easily do these on your own by using small chair with cushion on it to stop the bumper hitting the floor.
I broke the white tab on the forward-most fuel line. So you lift the middle bit of the tab first, then what do you mean by "press the remaining tab around the outside"? Do you mean squeeze the black bits on either side or is there two white bits on either side of the middle white bit? I've got a new fuel filter housing coming but I still need to know how to connect and disconnect that line. Thanks for making this video BTW.
I just replace the arm with an OE quality new lower arm. The OE rear bush is a special compliant bush that gives steering control Cheap eBay arms do not have these bushes. I have also changed the ball joint on its own, but its not so easy, and the new bolts do not locate the geometry accurately. I took the arm off, drilled out the rivets on a pillar drill, and fitted the new ball joint insert as accurately as possible, then drilled six mill holes to take six mil dowels stud locked in.
Hi Guys, Ive got a broken mirror on the passenger side. Went to Halfords and they only stickered a replacement one on top of the broken one... If i want to replace the original mirror myself, is this all I need to do as per the video? Thanks
Bro, where is the video of this thing in action??? I am excited to see all the gains this little Kei car can make. I scrolled through your channel videos and couldn't find anything. You are leaving all of us hanging!
28:21 I wonder if there is a way to mount a compact electric radiator style fan between the intercooler and that plastic cover. Seems like an electric fan would be able to move a lot more air across the fins of that intercooler than just the normal air flow from that new air duct tube.
Thanks for the video. I realized that while taking the plastic off that there is a hole in the plastic so that you don't have to take it off and can still get to the drain screw with a deep socked. I think it is a 13mm. I see in your video that there is a hole there in your plastic as well.
There is a much better way to avoid leaking from the brake hose while changing the caliper.. Press the brake pedal halfway down and lock it there, nothing leaks after that... Trust me...I have used that method since 1990....
bought a pretty cheap d5 s60 recently, the flywheel is knocking on cold motor as well, but not as loud as in the video it gets better when it warms up. by the comments im guessing that these dual clutch flywheels can withstand small problems like these. and i don't know if it would be worth replacing it, the flywheel alone would cost me half of what i paid for the car lol. great vid
what oil will go in my a5 semi auto 3.0 v6 2014 box? gearbox has no oil in as the seals gone so oil leaking out, and as a result the car will not move or select gear
Hi I have a 2016 420d gran coupe. Ordered a Bosch oil filter. Part number P7123. Looked the same size when comparing But upon installing it didn’t fit in the oil filter housing? But Fitted on the oil filter cap fine. Just wouldn’t snap down into the housing. Any ideas? Is there a specific filter that only fits 420d that are 2016 and after?
Im looking at getting one of these for the missus on a 15 plate, 80k miles - FSH, D2 Was this the 1.6? if so how did it run? And also what was the clutch like? (if it was manual) Are they reliable enough to warrant paying 6grand? Cheers.
