I paid an advance of Rs. 20,000/- on 28/8/2022 for a plot in Vayalum Valvum and till date the amount is not refunded. Mr. Balasubramani initially assured that the amount will be refunded is not answering the phone and not answering the messages. One cannot expect any positive response.
These guys are not a trust worthy people. They won't repay your amount. Lot of time i chased to get my advance. Everytime smoothly said i m out of station. Surely will give. But no response. Waste.
Rajasekar is a good smooth operator. Watch out. My friend an NRI from South Africa paid 4 Lakhs as deposit in 2018 as of now not refunded. When we went to beg they gave 25000 as if giving to a begger. All corn artist are always smooth operators and good orator. Never give any money. Watch out. Fancy office, fancy sweet talk staff affectionate welcome at office are all the tricks of the game.
