That house was never finished by the looks of those unrendered walls. I suspect the developer ran out of money. I don't think that's a $50 million house. The interior spaces are cramp. I'm guessing no more than $400,000 brand new. Renovated about $200,000.
Não entendo o governo ser alheio ao abandono de um imóvel desse porte! Poderia restaurar e reutilizar para abrigo de crianças ou idosos. Ou ainda, privatizar, caso seja público.
Seria bom se tivesse a continuação do vídeo com alguém morando no imóvel reativado, plantando flores nos canteiros ou fazendo horta. E ainda tendo animais de estimação ou criação. Pois se continuar abandonado, com o tempo vai sujar e criar mato de novo.

Cause we born and growing Farming is not hard for Us to degging and Cleaning .the land..We happy working..To plant and they grown the seeds so we can have lots of foods to eaten.We working Holiday Saturday coz of SCHOOLS..If Holiday we help our parent.We can harvest some thing to cooked meryendas..Clean and clean and planting..Yuttaka na SEKATSU..because of plants we survive and can eaten three times a days plus meryendas..In farm we bringing meryendas ..Ten o clocked we eaten.and drinked Chocolates or coffees..Bananas is lots .All people planting banana..And kakanin..Some people Tsudai .We give who wants to eaten without payment money..Fruits 'lots people's needed coz they hungry in walking too far..And Asked to drinked.we given if we eaten .in that time .We asked themselves if they eaten lunch they will comes to invite foods to eats..This is pilipino inherently..And Whome house we viset ..they asking you for to invite lunchtime..Our Attetude manners and respectively..
Seriously it's risk for life if anyone buy this kind of house like you guys don't have gurantee that a heavy storm can destroy this house so we should not talk about earthquakes😂😂
