As a general rule, overtaking on straights by getting a significantly better exit is the safest way, but this works too (although the opponent in the video clearly was less skilled). Just don't be one of the dive-bombing idiots cutting people off, and you'll probably be okay.
I once did something like in the video with my siblings and other people and I was ahead of everyone and going so slow and no one could get past me then I moved a bit over and my brother got past me then everyone else did and in the end, it was who was the fastest not the person who passes the finish line first and since I was going so slow I got dead last 🥲
Yall I went indoor karting for the first time recently and consistantly placed third or second in the open races. Is this actually good or did I genuinely not do anything special.
Mhm… mhm… or, and hear me out on this one… He hit another fucking car… and I know it sounds crazy BUT it makes sense tho… I don’t think you needed a whole ass thermal to see that when two high-speed wheels hit each other at insanely high torque speeds the car fucking dies… I’m pretty sure any ol camera could see that
he goes wide like an f1 driver, ironically they try to stay in the highest gear possible and resist the g's to get to the next apex, depending on where they're going, they hit the peak of the curve with a line, going as close to the next entrance for the next turn, giving appropriate wideness for the anticipated sharpness of the next.
