My daughter's case for divorce u/s 13 HMA filed by her husband and is pending. My daughter's has a four year old daughter. When I requested through a application in the same court, to provide a CTC of adhar card for getting school admission of 4 years daughter. The judge rejected my request saying that I cannot force husband to give said copy. Is it right according to rules? Please reply if possible.

Sir I'm in the same category. A question that always haunted me, while studying till now is as follows: Knowing well that the person who has come to you is guilty of offence, specially involving IPC 302,376,304,307,498a or similar, should a conscientious advocate take his case ?? Second part of question is have you come done it. Can advocates be rich without malpractices either in consuming or generating black money?? 'Conscientious' is the key word. My college principal version is " ghoda ghas se dosti karega to khayega kya? Is it a right apology ? We are (or will be in my case) here to provide and protect justice. Should we knowingly protect a criminal?? Please respond to this, as this question in many senior people mind who are about to step into this arena. Individual choice is a good answer,but what is the right answer? If no one protects the guilty such as Badlapur, govt pleader will be weak and the accused is bound to convicted and punished to uphold the flame of justice. Btw I'm in my late sixties.....in final year LLB

मै बिहार से हूँ।मेरे ऊपर bihar brohibition and excise act 37 c/s (शराब पिने मे ) था..conbiction किया गया और कोर्ट द्वारा 3000/ रुपये का फाइन लगा था। उसके बाद जब मै gov. Job रेलवे का जोइनिंग करने मुरादाबाद डिवीज़न (UP) गया था... तो attestation फॉर्म मे पिछला criminal history सच बताया.. Have you ever been fined by court of low - तो yes किया था।अपने बिभाग से कुछ नहीं छुपया.. तो भी मुझे ज्वाइन नहीं किया। रेलवे बिभाग ने बोला की तुम दोषी हो गए हो... इसलिए तुम्हारा नहीं होगा। जब मै writ pitition के लिए वकील किया तो उसने बोला की कर दिए है.. 7 month हो गया लेकिन उस वकील ने झूठ बोला और अभी तक writ pitition नहीं किया है.. उसने पैसा ले लिया और काम भी नहीं किआ.. 🙏🙏🙏आपसे पूछना था की अब writ pitition हो सकता है डिसमिस तो नहीं न होगा। Plz सर बताइये 🙏🙏🙏
