I stood there for to long wondering how to remove the existing connector. Until i remembered that Hella is from Germany and that Germans assume you have tool's and a basic knowledge of mechanisms.
Buongiorno, devo sostituire le spazzole e per la mia auto ci vuole l’adattatore 3T, nelle spazzole c’è montato il modello 3A: come faccio a toglierlo? Grazie

I agree with these new type of headlights are and can be blinding. That being said, I would venture to say, when these bulbs are installed, the headlight assembly is not re-aligned per vehicle manufacture specs. There are AXIS adjustments (at a specific distance the center point supposed to be adjusted. i.e., at 6ft. from the headlamp on a level ground, the main part of the beam is 3ft. high) where the main focus of the beam is supposed to be adjusted to. I would say most are aimed to high.
and what about winter the top of the windshield still far from the heating system to get enought heat to defrost and clear the camera wiper dont clear that part too , talking about really bad condition too were is alot of snowfalling
That is lovely. But your wipers come with a prefitted contraption affixed already. It must be so simple to remove to get to the point of simply popping a new adapter on...but it is not!! - EDIT. I figured out the problem. Your quality control. I ordered 2 wipers CT22. I fought for over an hour to install one of them, and pried the adapter fitting off the blade, only to find 3 prongs, and the plastic said "rainex". Same package. I was ready to destroy it, so I made a video. The caption was "A New Hella Wiper Was Destroyed in the Attempted Install." SO after pulling the second one out, there was a hugely noticable difference in the mounting. I was quickly able to pop off the adapter and clip on the required one. So you must have Rainex wipers in the same factory, and mis packaged one of mine. Considering you sell these for $50 at the part store, or $5 at Rock Auto...regardless I will get my money back!
