The hard part is getting off the coach, getting all dressed for riding, putting bike on the car rack.. you're right once you're there it's all good though!
Staying hydrated is not just about the water, it's about the electrolytes holding it in your body. You can drink 5 liters a day and be more and more dehydrated doing so, or you can concentrate on electrolytes and be fine with 1,5 liters. On a ride, put a small pinch of seasalt in your water and take magnesium and potassium before and during the ride. Trust me, you'll get way further that way with less exhaustion.
hello, you don't have a problem seeing through the glasses when your head is tilted more and you look into the space between the frame and the inserted lenses
Great stuff! I am right-side dominant but my right VMO is smaller and weaker than my left, probably due to the arthritis I have in my right knee (so I favor my left). My ortho pointed out this imbalance between the left and right VMO. Which of these 3 exercises (or other exercise) is best for correcting a VMO imbalance?
Oh man, so much of this resonates with me. Im also in the industry and I broke my spine 3 months ago and I'm on the road to recovery. Thanks so much for sharing your experiences, I can relate to so much of what was said here in so many ways.
Find when I'm on the ebike with a group it's more chilled but if out on my own on it i race round on it knowing I can clean climbs easier so give it beans. Heart rate always beats the same route than my normal bike plus I get more miles and more descents
