Some of the happiest moments in life happen while sitting around the dinner table with your family or friends, sharing good food and conversation with one another.
Usually, there's a bottle of wine open on that table (or a round of beers!) too...
I created this channel to share my love for food and drink with you. It is here to inspire you to start cooking, call up some friends, have a cocktail, and share a great meal with those that you love. Because lately, we've let our busy lives get in the way of enjoying these simple moments that food and drink give us.
Cheers my friend,
Dani

I hope this channel is "active" as I would like to comment and maybe get a reply in return. There doesn't seem to be much activity of late though. So fingers crossed.... I know to each their own when it comes to styling their home; it amazes me how things have changed though. When I was growing up, it seemed every home had a bar in the basement. Some were even wet bars. Stock was never displayed. Bottles were kept in a cabinet and if anything was on display it was a decanter with a couple of glasses. Sure you would have friends and family visit for a drink and a chat. But rarely as a large gathering. Those that did not have a finished basement or lived in an apartment used a liquor cabinet. Then it was only 1 or 2 bottles such as whisky and vodka for the "drinkers" in the home. Again, guests rarely saw a bottle. Just the thoughts from a professional drinker with 30 years experience. The last thing anyone wants is their home to turn into a public house. My goodness you even mentioned that you have a "house brand!" More than one as well! Who says that other than someone selling alcohol? There should be some etiquette and aesthetics taken into account. If there are only 2 adults living in a home, a home bar should be set for 2 people. Anything more should be stored away for the occasional guest. It is a selfish act to have a drink in your home with your partner.
Which beers are made without added isolated sugars (chemically speaking). For example, Dextrose is an isolated sugar and other isolated 'brewing sugars'.
The main fear I have with American beer is that it will eventually get homogenized like every other American product. Chains sell the same blinking hamburger wherever you go. Fifty states mean up to fifty opportunities to create regional takes on food and beer. Would be nice to travel the states and experience something new at each stop.
They will, never say: Hydrochlorides? Hence; yellow! Has zero, O2 -- used as-- medicine Never wheat morons! It would, literally kill you. Just like, helium in-- a metal area i.e. Nasa. Nasa - isn't real then.
This video is awesome, I think people who are semi literate in wine think hating chardonnay makes them look well read, and lets face it, we've all had a bland boring cheap chardonnay when we were first getting into wine. The best explanation I've ever heard of chardonnay is "it's a blank slate" you can literally do what ever you want with it, and make what ever wine you want. Bone Dry and acidic, Chablis, oaked and toasty, californian, sparking, champagne. It's awesome.
