I think my music style, which is influenced by Hollywood and Westside, might not be relatable to potential sponsors in my country Pakistan. How can i find someone to sponsor my music videos?
If there are concerts similar to your genre, find out who those sponsors are. Another option is to use social media to build up your fanbase and following and try to pitch US sponsors who want to be in front of your online followers (from all countries). Creativity can help here, even if you can exchange your services with someone who professionally does music videos.
Im in total agreement. Im not an artist, but im a wrestler. There have been nights that made where ive made more on merchandise than i got paid to for the show.
love this --thanks for your perspective ✨ the more I'm in this industry it seems you are only as strong as your awareness & nurturing of your own audience. And also, for good vibes, to have the mentality that a rising tide lifts all boats 💙
@@qoncertapp 100% . I'm based in Manchester but originally from Colorado. Looking to tour in the US in the future and will definitely look into Qoncertapp :) ✨
great content bro but this is a bad take, 1. making many songs is a great thing because you will get better as a artist like russ. russ had no fans for years but now he is filling up stadiums and arenas , 2 if you ever drop a hit song you will be able to capitalize by releasing a mixtape and gaining more core fan base
Thanks for watching! Russ is an anomaly because he's the one person that can actually pull that off. If the idea is to live off of music, you have to find an income source. Music doesn't make enough income for the majority of artists to survive. Performing counts as 70-80% of top artists' income right now so finding consumers is the only way to make real money. Famous artists have hundreds of million (or billions) of streams but they still make the majority of their income from touring.
@@qoncertapp you have a point but these days evry artist is going on tour or performing in a festival, so in order to sell tickets and merch you will need day one fans, core fanbase and you cant do that with one song or album. And how are going to do a show as a hit wonder? do 1 song and leave?
@@shaunwehls2864 I feel that. There are two ways to look at it: I'd rather have 1 song and 100 fans than 100 songs and 1 fan. I would continue to make songs but to be a stronger money-making artist, you need more fans than songs. At some point, you have to focus on finding fans instead of recording song after song after song.
Market that song crazy but also have back up songs ready to go. You should have 50 songs in advance before you begin your rollout. 50 songs is definitely enough to last you for a year
The first thing you should do as an independent artist is to find the money for a good marketing push. If the song is really catching you gotta go out there and do shows to capitalize on it. You really have to get people to want to pay to hear the song in person.
I'm not in the music business, but I run pro wrestling shows. i plan on one day expanding into other live events, concerts, comedy shows, and theme parties. i take notes from your content, and will try to apply them.
I actually just had this conversation. I stated that celebrities/artist feel publicity. good or bad. keeps them relevant. It keeps in the mind, in the sight.
It definitely can work if done right but its harder for independent artists to contain it if it does work and the risks of being put in a box are high too.
What if you have a service to offer? Such as photography for that business or creating commercials etc... I don't have a huge fan base or influence at the moment but definitely have other things to offer the businesses. Have yall ever landed sponsors trying that? Thanks for the information really helps clear up a few points
You can always use other things that are valuable to the sponsor while they help you. So you can always try to leverage shooting videos or taking dope photos then building your music career based on the deals you land.
Yoo, dope content. Our Label is in kenya and we steady creating our music and following, sounds like a plan: touring is definitely about actionable planning.
I did not get any useful information . You did not aggress the artists talent level, finances, or marketing strategy to even book your own show. Your just talking to hear yourself talk.
Thanks for all the videos your are making it really gives you a good mind set as an up coming artist and performance knowledge ill performing soon in VR Social att edgewater colorado glad to be part of you guys movement shoutout to all off yall...🔥🔥🔥
