Gorgeous necklaces, amazing color choices. I love how your manicure matches the necklace you are making. Absolutely stunning!!! Thank you so much for this great tutorial!!!!
I finally completed a smal pearl knotting project thanks to this video. It has been frustrating to briah up on this old skill of mine, bit your clarity and simplicity of instruction made it easy.
thank you for sharing such an easy to follow instructions on knotting a pearl necklace. I would not have been able to restring and knot my pearl necklace without your help, I am so grateful to you. However I have not been able to buy a fish hook clasp (Elegance) so I reused my original clasp. Perhaps over time the clasp you mention in your tutorial are no longer available, in the UK but no matter I managed to complete my necklace and now after ten years in a draw I can now wear them again. best wishes JB.
I didn't see this video before, but now I know how to use my delica hoard! Beautiful bracelet, and as ever, excellent instructions..... belated thanks😊😊❤❤.
Getting back to beading after carpel tunnel surgery and this is just beautiful and ready for the winter holiday (not ready to use the C word yet!). Bought the same colour set and can’t wait.
Wow I am impressed with this tutorial, I think I was a little bit brave or stupid to think I could rethread my old pearls without any previous experience or knowhow. Thank goodness you have made it possible for me to achieve a good result with your detailed tutorial because I have already taken them off their original thread! I will now purchase the necessary products from your web page and thank you again so much for the tutorial, I will probably watch it several times again once I receive the items I will need to purchase to complete my job. My pearls are not expensive but they were a gift from my husband over 37 years ago when we were on holiday in Spain and I have been reluctant to wear them recently because they need new thread, and I was worried they would break but I have been unable to find a local jeweler who is willing to do the job for me in Lincolnshire UK.
Hi Juliet could you please tell me how long is the cord for each side connected to the pineapple? I need inches of the cord and how long is the working cord for the knots on each side? The reason I asked for inches is because I don't know anything about cm or mm on a ruler. Thank you.
Hi I'm really sorry but I don't know the amounts in inches - but if you google "convert cm to inches" then you should be able to find out what it works out to be. Best wishes Juliet
Hi Juliet Thank you so much for helping me. I ordered some of the links like you used. I'm going to do 20 knots on each side. Have a great weekend Bev😊
My notifications aren't popping up for some reason, so I only saw this today😢! This is so very pretty that I want to make a whole set for the Christmas tree. Your directions are so clear, and it's very enjoyable to sit and watch, with a coffee, to get familiar with the process, then get the beads together and watch again, and bead along with you😊. Thank you Juliet..... very much❤😊. I hope your poor sore hands heal very quickly❤
Yes you could use the holes to wire the settings onto your jewellery or you can use the holes to stitch the settings onto embroidery or to incorporate them into your beadwork
