Witam. Świetny film instruktażowy. Czy będziesz może nagrywał wymianę damperów. ? Bo to chyba dość skomplikowane. I czy to jest konieczne przy wymianie głowicy ?
After going through a full set of 220ml cleaning cartridges and countless nozzle cleaning cycles, ultras sonic cleaning cycles and printing perhaps 100s of pages with ink and also with cleaning fluid, I have finally conceded that i have to start taking things apart. This video is by far and away the clearest and most detailed procedure that I have found on RU-vid. It is an absolutely superb effort. Thank you very much!
Hi, thank you for this, I've followed all the instructions. When I took out the capping station I noticed a spring 25mm long x 10mm depth loose in the printer base. I don't know where this goes, can you help please?
Hi. This is the second time I follow these steps. Thank you so much for doing such a good tutorial. My 4000 is almost 20 year old. On Mac Monterey, I struggled to find a driver but finally did on the epson site. The problem I have is getting the right colors... completely over magenta whatever I select. Any suggestion?
Yup, the best tutorial I've seen to date and it's been almost 10 years since you posted this!. I don't need this procedure (yet) but I certainly bookmarked it just in case. I'm running my 7600 on Windows 11 with the (last) x64 drivers Epson made available. You have to disable driver signature (look it up) and manually install the printer after that but it works like the day I bought it 20 years ago!
does your rip software allow the printer to print a color shirt in one pass? some rip softwares like acrorip tells the printer to print white first and then the color right behind it so it prints in one pass. your printer prints the white first on all 3 shirts then goes back to start printing the color.
This video reminds me of the old Steve Martin joke how to never pay taxes on a million dollars. First, get a million dollars! So, how do you get to the infamous 3rd screw in the back? Fail.
Bruh, You totally ROCK as a trainer... BEST Training video, I have ever seen. PERIOD! Hands down you ROCK! thanks for sharing the knowledge. I subscribed 100% worth the subscription.
I noticed your print head doesn't have ink at all. so im guessing you are using a brand new printer for the demo. how about using an old used up printer to make it more convincing
The best video on RU-vid for step by step instructions and excellent explanation. Very impressed with your detailed explanations. Thank you so much for your efforts. Would you have instructions for an epson stylus pro 4900 print head removal? Thanks once again.
Thanks again for responding. I’m still not sure if I have a damper problem. My chip on the maintenance tank is not responding and I’m wondering if I had an overflow problem from the waste tank. I just ordered a new chip, it doesn’t look like they sent me the right one, either... I do like this old 7600 dinosaur and I run it about once a week along with the other printers. If I can get her up and going again, I might take you up on your offer. I have been refilling my own cartridges for a while because I know the cost of buying new, I’ve just not been sure if I want to dive down the rabbit hole again!
You have and info on how to manually flush out the ink tubes on a printer thats sat unused? I have a resolite r jet 5 dtg and its based on the epson stylus pro 4880. I plan to replace the head, the dampers and capping station
my friend help me i have an Epson Styllus 7890 plotter, showing (cartridge error, replace the cartridge.) being that it is new and original, thank you.
Thank you so much for giving me the confidence to do this on my Epson Pro4880. It works like a charm! A GREAT VIDEO! Very well explained for a step by step fail safe instruction set.
You made my day. This is the best video i've ever seen. I currently have cloggs on my 9800 and i'm scared to remove the printhead because the mechanics looks very different. Is there any video out there where printhead removal of Epson 9800 is described?
Hello good Morning !! I have an Epson Styllus 7890 printer, I put a new original cartridge t 636700 ligth black printed some pages and cartridge error, could you help me please
Hi, have tried this, but on pushing fluid through the head it just comes out from the side of the gold plate on head base, there is no nice fine jet? Any ideas? Thanks
Wow! What a great video. Certainly not for everyone, but for those (such as myself) with printer issues and mechanical skills, a GREAT instructional video. Very clear and precise instructions, WIthout this video, I would never attempt this procedure. I am going to give it a try shortly. Thank you sooooo much! Best regards! Ron
