Hey Goutham, Pls make a video on Retirment date alerts, Retirement age is 60 years,We have 4 types of Grades of employees, if Grade1 emp reaches to 60 years, system should alert msg before 2 Months, rest 3 Grades should alert 1 Month before.
Generally the company has many contract type. Can you customize as per the contract type? Lets say Full Time Staff gets notified 2 months before the probation end date. and Temporary staff get notified only 1 months before. You can say FTE and TA contract types

One small suggestion here please correct me if am wrong.Rather than again mentioning the condition again in then condition (base date:workpermit.expiry date and -2) , we can maintain the alert effective today to be Today() right since the condition gets passed on the day before 2 days of expiry. For eg: let's say today is 29-06-2024 and workpermit expiry is on July 1 2024 , if condition 29(today)+2 = July 01 2024 and we want to send alert on 29th as per rule.

I understood very clearly about the process of alerts notification but i have a small doubt that in the system many of the employees Probation period would be completed within 5 days but you have received only one employee notification, can you explain how it works.

Hi Bro, I have a doubt- Personal Information is not an MDF object then how is Biographical info is an MDF Object coz Biographical comes under Personal information? I'm stuck here please help. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi Gotham, The explanation was very good. I tried the same for Business unit, division, and department but while saving in configure object definition the system is not showing the saved rules.
