The reasons why only men are running corporations of industry, are men think more linear than women. Willing to work much longer hours, take less days off. Business is a masculine entity physically & mentally a (Dog eat Dog) world as the "saying goes". And for women to work on higher levels of industry the business framework would have to change ( feminise) for women to be able to compete. No that should never happen society would start to collapse

Hi Gents Some interesting views points from Duduzane. As blunt as as I am with regards to CAPITILISM.. I think the capitalistic approach can work for the youth but what about people who cannot work,physically challenged, old aged in particular. They are reformed fellons who have the skills but can't participate in our economy due to their criminal background. You will always have people relying on govt grants..in a capitalist ideology i am afraid its survival of the fittest which may push CRIME THROUGH THE ROOF...
