Ms. Cromwell should not be "casting the first stone" and so quick to criticize her predecessors for negligence. While she was senior partner at Cromwell Law, PLLC she hired an attorney, Jason A. Armstrong, who was not even a licensed Montana attorney, at her firm. Although I notified her firm of this fact, she completely ignored me and failed to check his credentials, which were non-existent. It is the height of negligence on her part. As a result, her law firm is now facing numerous law suits in which Mr. Armstrong was involved. Hopefully she will display more due diligence as Gallatin County Attorney, and that her constituents will hold her accountable in her new position.

As they said in the report, this has been going on for years. There have been very few problems with Bison and domestic herds, which is the biggest fear of most people in MT. Though, of course, here we are 200 years later, Bison and domestic cows are still on the landscape, and no disasters have occurred. People like to make problems where there arent any, when you sit out on the prairie all day, you dont have much to do, but come up with what might happen and get upset about it. While life has taken me away from Montana, I was born and raised there, and still consider it home. My grandfather homesteaded there and even served as Speaker of House in the 30's. My values are from that heritage. Gianforte's is a latecomer and carpetbagger whose values come from New Jersey.
So, to sum up what the Gov is saying, "I am a talking head for the cattle industry, an industry that rules supreme here in Montana." There were 2.1 million head of cattle in Montana at the start of this year.
The bison belong there far more than humans do. Humans should be guardians not managers. The more of this kind of crap I see, the less I like humans. At my age, it won't take much more to get to the point where I don't like humans at all.
