We just had a Raising Canes open up in the old Sweet Tomatoes location on Mill Plain. We haven’t been yet, as we have heard it has been extremely busy.
I had to, too, Bob. Our friend, Triann, pointed it out to me drying its wings out, but couldn’t remember the name at the time. It was a new bird for me 👍🏻
So sorry that Desmond’s search of the red panda was a bust, but the zoo looked like fun. Take a deep breath and off you go for another day of fun and excitement

Love the cactus in the opening scene. I’ve been in the Oregon Caves, so I have a smaller sense of your experience. I’ll bet the bats emerging at night was pretty incredible

Another great and interesting day. I guess that I’m drawn more to the lush areas with sparkling waterways. Glad to see that Merilee is enjoying her dairy free treats. Hope this continues, and thank you, Desmond, for the tour of your accommodations for the night.
