Yeah so I made this without separating the egg and also added mixed chopped veggies and chopped ham, plus soy sauce and Japanese BBQ spice mix. Let it steam a bit more and then added chopped basil leaves and chopped chives. Pretty good, very creamy.
Made mine today but my "grated potatoes" were abit raw after 15 minutes of cooking yet i got my golden colour and other stuff right. But thanks for the recipe will try again some other time
