I'm 43, and as a life-long clevelander/ die hard browns fan, i grew up hearing the stories of jim. It was like hearing stories of a superhero. Not only is he considered the greatest NFL player, but he is considered one of the greatest lacrosse players of all time as well!
I can still go back to 2007 and relive that Fiesta Bowl win against Oklahoma. When Zabransky threw that pick with just over a minute to go we were crestfallen. Then...pure magic.

Love Stewart Francis, I find him criminally underrated! One of my favourites of his is "My parents are mixed-race. My dad likes the 400m, and my mom.... is Indian." You should definitely check out a guy named Stephen Lynch, amazing musical comedy. Check out his song "Grandfather" or "Lullaby" for a good intro to his style.

@@reachmeorteachme look up a video titled “The Best of Fake Nolan Ryan”. It’s like 4 hours and 43 minutes long. Don’t panic by the length, this is a compilation of several short clips from the local radio station in DFW. The fist clip is a real interview with Nolan Ryan about the Governor actually appointing Nolan ambassador to some snow monkeys that came from Japan but were in a neighboring ranch in south Texas. The story sounded so ridiculous that the local radio station decided to build upon it with a series of fake interviews with Nolan weeving in his latest conflicts with the now monkeys.
The prince of country music! Highly recommend “human” the official music video! Great song that shows his life on and off the stage! He’s one of the last true blue cowboys in country music! Former bull rider and still competes in team roping events as well as running a cattle ranch.

Hello insomnia brother. I feel you. Ironically, just last month, I discovered an Australian (I think? I suck at identifying accents) RU-vidr that has four hour long videos of nothing but his very pleasant voice telling stories. The first time I listen, I heard the whole thing… So that was 4+ hours, lying in the dark with my eyes closed and still didn’t sleep. The next time I listen, I heard maybe 3 1/2 hours. And the next time… A little bit less. Just a couple of nights ago, I actually fell asleep after hearing no more than 30 minutes of his video. Last night was night number four of starting at the spot that I last consciously heard. So in four nights, I still haven’t finished that one video. It’s been like a freaking miracle. . For people who don’t have insomnia, it’s impossible to understand how insanely and intensely disruptive it is to every aspect of your life, your physical and mental health . I finally left a comment on this guys channel telling him that “I hope you take this the right way, but your channel is the only thing that helps me sleep in more than a decade.” It would probably seem weird to some because he tells relatively spooky stories mostly… Perhaps an odd thing to fall asleep to. I can’t listen to music to fall asleep because I react too emotionally to music. And I certainly cannot just lie in the dark because my mind races and imagines every worst case scenario in the world.. as far as doctors go, and what you said about the medication: I am also someone who responds badly to the vast majority of medication. I gave up a while back and tried a bunch of stuff, but finally went back to more natural methods. I can’t even count how many times I have gone to an emergency room for some of my other issues and had doctors fuck me up so bad that they spent the next 24 hours just fixing me from what THEY did rather than addressing the reason I came in in the first place. Including, but not limited to : giving me medication that I am allergic to, that is explicitly listed in my chart, despite the fact that I wear the bright red bracelet Warning of allergies. That alone has happened a couple of times. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. It’s absolutely infuriating and it can leave you feeling so alone. Anyway… Enough of my rambling. I know everybody is different but the RU-vid Storyteller that has helped me fall asleep… His channel is called Be Busta. I can’t even tell you how many things I have tried and just turning the volume down super low, flipping the phone over Screen down on my pillow and listening to his voice has been the only thing to help in a very, very long time. I’ve got you in my ear while I’m cleaning. You said “my ooooonly criticism…”. I stopped moving and was like… what could he POSSIBLY criticize? 😆 Then you said the James vs Screech thing. And I just started laughing cuz I’ve thought the exact same thing. I figure he did it because he knows damn well that a decent percentage of people would miss the plot twist entirely, even using Screech (and he was right). If he had used “James”… a larger percentage of people would’ve missed it. I have seen people super impressed with this trilogy and then the plot Twist went right over their heads. Many many people. So impressed with your reaction. If you hadn’t missed the fast-forwarding of time, I almost woulda thought you were cheating cuz almost NO ONE catches that much. And you didn’t even really miss it cuz the switch up in guitar and you said “circling back to the start again”. But when describing the actual fast forward notes, you said going down the Alice rabbit hole. And you could be right! It could be both. Ren often has double and even triple meanings. Anyway, GREAT reaction. Frigging stellar. SUBBED!!! ☮️♥️

@10:26… I always laugh at that. I heard somewhere that they had to scrap one take cuz someone DID come out onto a balcony and yelled “WILL YOU STFU?!!” Hilaaaaarious. Another part of me wonders if people are kinda used to it. Growing up in Texas there were two athletes who could do no wrong Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Roger Staubach aka Captain America, and the Express Nolan Ryan. I remember when Robin Venture charged the mound. There was history between the two teams, you can go on MLB and read about it, but Venture ended up getting ejected while Nolan was allowed to continue to pitching. Regarding the Ryan’s 100.9 pitch there’s a documentary online that explains that Ryan’s pitch was measured 10 feet in front of home plate while today pitches are clocked 50 feet in front of home plate. They had a physicist calculate how fast Ryan pitch would have been if it were had it been clocked where today pitchers are measured. Once corrections were applied he said that pitch would have been measured at 108.5 mph today. The pitch was thrown in the 9th inning. To complement Ryan’s 7 no hitters he also threw 12 one-hitters and 18 two-hitters. I also remember that Ricky Henderson seemed to always be at the sort end with Nolan. Henderson ended up being Ryan’s 5,000 strike out, and if that wasn’t bad enough the night Henderson broke the stolen base record Ryan threw his 7th no hitter. You have to feel a little bad for Henderson,he made this great accomplishment, but at the end of the night everyone is talking about Ryan’s 7th no hitter. Ryan last pitch was around 87mph. He was still throwing in the upper 80’s after he tore a ligament in his elbow. What a way to end a career.

When you said about Pink Floyd being your favourite band and seeing the genius behind the structure and composition of the concept and liking it to the pure genius of Ren is exactly how I see it. @robertgrant4987 oooh... interesting take. Prog rap. I like it. I don't really listen to music to dance, or get pumped up. For me, music has to make me feel something, and has to tell a story. Ren is almost like musical slam poetry and has a very Roger Waters vibe lyrically. He isn't afraid to ruin the tempo, or stop the beat, to emphasise a point. It's honestly pure genius
Hey! I'm just dropping in to make you aware that Ren haa asked for help from any reactor that can. It's all to do with his Sick Boi song, which got a copyright strike and Ren ended up having to take it down which left him heartbroken 💔 Ren has posted a 30 or so minute video which you should definitely watch as he explains everything brilliantly and has 'receipts'. Then head over to the epic new video he released as a result (watch that last bc the first video gives u context). You don't have to react to Ren's explanation but you will love the resulting song called Kujo Beat Down ! Magic Johnson grew up, went to high school and MSU all about a 1/2 hour's drive from my home. I remember MSU winning the national championship the year I was married. So I knew a bit about "Magic" Ervin Johnson and I enjoy watching him play, but I have to say Larry Bird is my favorite player to watch. Have you read his book "Drive"? It's a good one. Bill Walton was good, funny and loved playing with the Celtics. Maybe because he was also a really great passer and the Celtics used passing a lot. He also really appeared to love playing with Larry, but he did tend to say things a little over the top at times. It was his personality. I really liked him.
