@@HahnelIndustriesLtd it becomes like cheap counterfeit battery - camera suddenly switch off when batt charge shows about 20%. By the way the battery health is 3 of 3 dot indicator in camera. The charger (Nitecore UCN3) shows the battery is in fine condition also. Camera is Canon R5, battery grip BG-R10. Guess it must be LP-E6NH compatible battery but no 20% cutoff anyway.

Hi Lucia, you can try to reset the speedlight to factory settings. If this does not solve the issue, please contact our support team at support@hahnel.ie, they might be able to help.
It seems your battery has some issues charging. We'd recommend to keep it in the charger for a while to see if it start charging after a while. If not, please contact your local distributor to exchange it for a new one!
Not sure what you mean exactly. If it's at 100%, it should stop charging because the battery is fully charged. Are you experiencing any issues with this? If so, please contact our support team at support@hahnel.com.hk.

You mean unlocking it from your camera body? Press the release button on the lock ring, rotate the ring left until it's loose and then you can remove the speedlight.
Now that I've bought your stupid product, which doesnt work out of the box and wont connect as described in the manual, I'm forced to watch a video online, where you put ads in front of your video. I hate this company already whithout even using their product

Maybe fun to use once or twice, but for a real camera trap not practical. Seems to be a jack of all trades, but master of none. It would need some major modifications: Battery life must be at least 6 weeks, needs to be protected against rain and snow, must be easier to configure, e.g. line up and turn on - ready. And the case would require some feature that it can be locked to a tree to avoid animals or humans to run off with it.
Yes it does but you have to notice infrared do not go a great distant and don't work well in strong sunny day, if you working in these kink of condition you better use a laser pen.
Hi, I would like some information that I didn't find, when shooting remotely using the controller, can I shoot in sequence? 8, 10, 12 fps? And can I use high speeds, 1/1600, 1/2000, 1/3200?
Hi, You can use Continuous shooting with the Captur Transmitter and Receiver, so sequences would be possible. You can also use high speeds; you have to set this in your camera. The Captur will then mimick the release button of your camera and shoot in any mode you've set in your camera.

Is it possible put flash to cam, then use that module as 'slave'? And put flash to it socket? So camera tells to it's added flash 'need flash', that flash module is master and sends it to that small 'radio' and shoot that flash what is put to it..? Plz answer, I cant find aolution. Hi, I have a Sony A74. When attached the Modas 600RT to my camera I then can't adjust the aperture on my camera , the flashgun immediately puts the camera into Auto mode, the exposer is set automatically. how do I switch this off ? thanks Neil

I have searched everywhere and found no answer. I cannot get my hähnel captur to work with my canon EOS-1300D. It just won't release the shutter. The connection between the Transmitter and the Receiver seems fine and I do get the green and red lights when pressing the transmitter. Any ideas what I have to change on my Canon to get it to work? This is kind of frustrating ;)
Hi I have just purchased a Module Pro which I plan to use soon, but I cant understand what triggers the camera, I bought a Timer Kit also which has a receiver which I can use to trigger a flash I expect. I have a Nikon D810
The Timer and the Module Pro are transmitters that can either trigger the receiver (which has to be wired to the camera to trigger the camera or it can hold and trigger a flash) or also be connected directly to the camera by wire.
Where is the re-set function on these triggers. My batteries are charged, the cable inserted properly but on a far too regular basis the item does not work. It is very frustrating.
With the Modus out of wireless mode, If you press the button right under “SYNC” you get to cycle between highspeed sync, rear curtain sync and regular function. Hello, where can I ask a question concerning the Module Pro Captur and Captur Transmitter and Receiver? The thing is I saw a video where the flashes attached to receiving units were triggered by the module Pro without the Captur transmitter attached to the hotshoe of the camera. In another video they did attach the transmitter to the hotshoe of the camera to be able to trigger the flashes that were mounted in receiving units few meters away. So..do I need to mount the transmitter Captur unit in the camera to be able to trigger the flashes or not? Thanks
