All our fights are Legal, we are a licensed organisation. Our aim is to help reduce knife Crime and squash beef before it escalates. We help to do this by doing things the traditional way, fists up and knives down. We aim to help those who suffer with their mental health and help push themselves to realise their worth. We aim to help people with anger issues realise there are better releases of their anger by having an organised and monitored fight. We run by Queensbury rules and MMA style fights. Both are fought with 4 oz gloves.
I read Stop The Ride I Want To Get Off and it was brutally honest...searing at times and absolutely eye wateringly funny in large parts as well. Sad that he felt compelled to end his own life but oh boy what a life he lived and his name will live on eternally especially in the East End of London.
Devastating what mental health is doing to men not just in this country but all over the world. We really need to talk and support each other lads this world is conditioned to just tell us to man up and get on with it. It's absolutely crippling to live with and even worse when you feel hopeless and nowhere to turn to life is hard, lads, and we are not being heard atm. The percentage of men sadly taking there own life is through the roof its really concerning if you are struggling atm speak up if your mate is struggling give him a hug and tell him how much he means to you lads nows not the time for masculinity we really need to address this before it gets really out of hand one life gone to this is too much these figures are extremely alarming and nobody seems to care or acts on it we really need to stick together lads. Been clean from heroin for over 10 years, i don’t leave the house anymore and sometimes wonder if I just stayed on drugs some of the issues i’ve got going on wouldn’t be happening. I know it’s a f’d up way of looking at it but it’s how i feel, no point lying as i’d only be lying to myself. All the best ✌🏻
Stay strong ben like your doing and remember we can't just do a little bit and then forget about it we get carried away and it makes every problem we do have 10 times worse and when it's all gone u do feel like ending it I remember a friend once told me its like borrowing happiness from the future for the present and then feeling absolutely terrible
