I am thoroughly pleased with both Episcopal Church Hymnals, and especially the 1979 printing. The selections encompass hymnal expressions from numerous Christian traditions, including Eastern Orthodox and Roman Catholic. All are certainly praises to Him. My religious journey has been long, but I have found refuge as High Church Episcopalian Anglo Catholic with Eastern Orthodox leanings.
Thank you for posting this beautifully sung hymn. I also appreciate the explanation. Our choir sang the 23rd Psalm set to this tune, but our new hymnal has the words to Ps. 84 as in your video.
