Sidemount, especially with neutral tanks like 72s or ones which swing in buoyancy like AL80s takes a bit of finesse to get the trim right. You might want to look at moving the bolt snap up the tank and using sliding D rings to keep them trimmed out as you breathe them down.

How come there’s no fish ?
@unchartedodyssey
@unchartedodyssey 2 месяца назад
Hi there, thank-you for your question. The answer is there are fish there just not as plentiful in the wintertime. However most coastal waters have been heavily depleted from over fishing and pollution. Canada is just starting to look at protecting more of our ocean however it's an uphill battle with a lack of education on the damage that has been done most people still are resistant to the idea of fishing closures.

@V.E.G.A.C0RE

@unchartedodyssey
@unchartedodyssey 6 месяцев назад
@@V.E.G.A.C0RE don't know what to tell ya besides I can confirm that giant Pacific octopus do have dens throughout their life. They typically only spend a day or two a week out looking for food the rest of the time they hide in their dens and metabolize. As they grow they will move dens but another octopus usually takes their place. A tell tail sign of an octopus den is the fan of shells surrounding them from previous meals. I dive every week with octopus and I know what I'm talking about in regards to this behaviour. Hope this clarifies the issue.

@unchartedodyssey
@unchartedodyssey 7 месяцев назад
Oh I ment to I lost my hard drive with cloud sponges on it. This is all from one dive. Also by the end had a thought of with all the focus being on cloud sponges, boot sponges often get forgotten about and they offer a lot of the same environmental services. So thought I'd make my point with the lesser known sponges.
