I have to agree with alot of other comments, the 70's were so good, unlike what is going on today. I'm 65yo and can't believe that the generation of today can't play some good o'rock'n roll.
THIS IS MY FAVORITE SONG FROM MY PAST AND GOD LOVES IT TOO. VANESSA NEYLAND GOLSTON FROM TOLEDO, OHIO WEDNESDAY, JULY 18, 2024 11:43 PM❤️🙏🏽👋🏼👰🏽♀️🧬🦄🔯✝️🛐♋️
Every time I hear this song, it takes me back in time, to the 38 unit tenement in Chicago. My brother and I shared the back bedroom and sun porch, with a panoramic view of Lake Michigan. Watched the sunrise from my bed many mornings to this song. Sadly, the view is no more. Replaced by high rise condos, the tenement went condo as well. Gone but not forgotten.
This might be an unpopular Viewpoint for all the Boomers on here but I'm Gen X so IDGAF, but I think Terry Sylvester was a better musician and vocalist for The Hollies than Graham Nash ever was. Let the Flaming begin LOL
For those that we have lost, for those that have gone away, for those that went before their time and for the friends and family that love us and have to leave.
