Hello I took (ingested) castor oil just once . Had a blood a few days later and that revealed my HDL cholestorel and Tryglecerides levels are high and out of range. This never was the case before i took the castor oil. Anyone know why ? And any remedy ?

I love okra, I cook it like my mother did many years ago. Fry 2 diced onions and 4 garlic cloves in a pot with 3 tablespoons extra virgin oil, fry until onions get soft then add 500g diced beef or lamb mix well then ad 100gr tomato paste stir for 5 minutes, then ad 500gr okra and 2 cups of water stir well then put lid on and cook on medium heat for approx 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes ad pinch of salt and pepper for taste. It's nice on a bed of rice as well. I also cook beans and peas the same way, something you need to try as I was a chef for over 50 years and enjoyed every moment when I was working until I retired at 63 in 2017.
