True, But Windows Itself Can Increase Ping By A LOT, By Disabling Useless Internet Features in Windows, The Ping Can Be Lowered To The Lowest Amount Possible :)
@@riptweakss you cant download something and then get better ping, you could maybe boost it by maybe 3-5 FPS if you put max performance in app settings in windows.
