Such good one liners "I write an advice book for bad guys, it's called don't piss me off" "Earth to toddler bitch!" "Look I'm a crab" 😅 Lol loved this anime, even all these years ltr
Many people in us 🇺🇸 doesn't know yusuke character has been succeeded by takao kinomiya character from beyblade in 2002 most underrated roadrats both 14 one lover and champion mentality
What's interesting to me is how they start Yusuke out, not as someone at the bottom of the social hierarchy, and not at the top, but someone who is excluded from it. Keiko's friends all think he's this tough gang leader, but Keiko knows he doesn't have any friends (besides her). It's not that he wants to be alone, quite the opposite; he just has trouble finding people who accept him for who he is. And importantly, every time he experiences growth, it's motivated by a desire to help others. He died saving a kid; he decided to come back to life because he saw how sad other people were; and that's just in the first episode.

I find the younger heroes to be far more interesting and fun than the classic ones like Batman and Superman. Dick is probably the best of the younger heroes.
Yusuke died, got brought back to life by a kiss, later marries the person that kissed him back to life, and is friends with a short guy (Hiei). Yusuke is Snow White!
Idk a lot of people say that togashi wanted to move on from him because he wasn’t getting the same appeal as other shonen characters so he made hxh which imo still is good but hxh isn’t truly tied down to one protagonist the 4 from the hunter exams are the mcs so I see where your coming from but he probably just had something else in mind
I love miles morales especially the spider-verse character and bc of him i made my own series about him aswell using elmeents from the shows, comics and the movies I've literally seen myself growth like him since i was 11 or 12 when into the spider-verse and 16 when across the spider verse anf now im 17 and just love looking back on both our journeys and like him try to keep going and write our own stories
Yeah I agree with everything you said Miles Morales is my favorite Spider-Man I appreciate what they did with his character in across spider-verse I'm very excited for beyond the spider verse and where we see what miles does next. Miles Morales showed and inspires everyone in across the spider verse like he said "naw imma do my own thing". That is why Miles Morales is my favorite spiderman cant wait for him to be introduce into the mcu to since his live action movie has been announced.
Yes, I can explain pre-2000 anime was not made for the US at all it has a lot of things you will have to study Japanese culture to get. It just made it over because of fans importing themselves because they saw it on PBS (yes PBS showed unedited anime and other foreign shows for cultural exchange long ago), or while in Japan. Since 2000 anime is made with the idea it will be shown in the US, and gets edited so someone in the US does not have to know Japanese culture to get anything.
I'm a 90's baby and I truly appreciate the nostalgia and the golden age of anime and music. One thing though, the voice of the video is low.i have to use earphones at full volume to hear. But the content is 💯💯
