Is there any way to extend that room simulator to include the external harpsichord instrument you're using? I can hear it doesn't fit the room. This would be a good feature when incorporating any external VST instrument.
Just experiment. It’s the only way to get to know the “Instrument” Would also recommend some good Controllers. Live playing you need something like Leap. Studio the Sensei Pad or E-Expression works well. If Midi you can do multiple passes until you get what you want.

@@domygiobbi8746 se lo colleghi via Bluetooth, devi andare dal menu … -> Settings -> MIDI -> Bluetooth MIDI e connettere l’Aerophone; poi dovremai scegliere dalla lista dei MIDI preset il preset “Roland Aerophone” per fare in modo che le configurazioni MIDI siano adatte all’Aerophone, appunto.
I'll bite! I'm hoping this is a teaser for a plugin of some sort, but realistically it's a marketing push? I can't find anything other than this exact same info on other socials (Ooo or left field midi routing for windows that mimic what's built into all of Apple's OSes? Yeah, I know, kinda [extremely] fantastical... But... It's Captain Midi! It could be anything Lois! Even a boat!)
Is the expression control set to keystrike velocity? I'm not used to seeing the Expression slider pop like that for each key strike Also is left hand controlling more than the subtle vibrato rising? (Sorry, just love deconstructing play styles for potential inspiration)
Hi! The expression is controlled by the expression pedal, which is used quickly to add color to multiple notes in the frase and to try to recreate the performance style of the piece. As for the left hand, yes, it only controls the vibrato, while the growl here is handled by the aftertouch, but you can't see that in this part of the video. I hope I’ve been helpful! Here’s how: 1) Layer Structure: In Camelot, each Layer acts as a complete signal path, and you can route audio between Layers. This is comparable to using buses or auxiliary tracks in traditional DAWs. For example, you can create a Layer as a master effects chain or submix and route other Layers through it using Audio Layer Connectors. 2) Sidechain Inputs: Certain plugins, like compressors, that support sidechaining can be set up in Camelot. These sidechain inputs are recognized within the plugin's settings, and Camelot can route audio from one Layer into another Layer’s sidechain input. 3) Mixing and Outputs: Camelot allows you to assign different outputs to Layers, enabling you to create multiple output mixes (e.g., for monitors, front-of-house, etc.), similar to how you'd use buses in other audio software. In version 3 I’m having trouble getting around the anti-phasing warning. I can change the body but there aren’t enough bodies to cover 16 violins. The manual covers this but everything I try doesn’t work.
We released SWAM String Sections exactly for that purpose. If you still want to use Solo strings to build your orchestra, just ignore the warning. Of course, the result will not be perfect, as there could be some phasing artifacts, but they should be masked by the room reflections and wall scattering.
@@AudioModeling Thanks for the input. The temptation of having 10 or 12 individual violins is pretty great. It is a lot more work and may end up not being worth it. But I want to give it a try.
@AudioModeling Are these samples of actual instruments (like Spitfire Audio) recorded in a physical space or is this a synthesized Violin/Viola? Does "audio modeling" mean you are using a computer to emulate a violin/viola instead of using a physical instrument?

Maybe this is a dumb question: Are these sample recordings of a real cello being played and then midi controlled (like Spitfire recoding real cellos in London)? Or is this a synthesized cello sound?
It's a good question! There are no sample here, it's a made by physical modeling technology, so each note is generated by SWAM engine depending on the way it has been played (expression, vibrato, bow pressure, bow position... )
@@AudioModeling hi yes I own both versions 1st version sounds more full specially when bow plays harder or also over bowing it sound more crisp close to real violin , its just my opinion others mat like this one for other purposes though but I love all of your products they’re awesomely playable for live gigs I thank you for creating such a wonderful libraries 🙏
@@joel6427 you can drag & drop multiple files at the same time on the desktop version, or you can use the multiple selection on iOS. It's not possible to add the files manually to the internal folder, since the filename need to be encoded for internal purposes (quick indexing and retrieval)
@@AudioModeling Do the single instruments come with different presets? Like different sound types like a preset with a more clear and brilliant sound and one with a softer sound. I know from your flute Shakuhachi video you can change the sound. Just wanted to ask if there are already different presets? I'm really thinking about getting a few of your things for christmas (especilly violin and flute pack) and already bought an expression pedal yesterday XD
@@kingknight3579 each instrument comes with a few different factory presets. For example, the Violin has Country, Gipsy, Jazz, Mozart, Pop, Tchaikovsky, in addition to the default one
Im slightly saddened my iPad 10th gen wont be steong enough for this, however im not recording anything of this calibur And if i DO want to try, im conceptualizing the Solos that i have, and Rüm (an acoustic room simulator from a company i trust... Maybe guys that did brusfri? Is that Klevgrand?) should suffice (until i go pro, to get a Pro, to record symphony like a pro) Thanks for the great inspiration!
@@mortengu1385 we have seen that controlling Expression with the z-axis (pressure) it’s not the best choice in terms of realism, since pressure resets at each new note. We suggest to map Expression to CC1 and hence using the Modulation slider for Expression, and Vibrato control with the x-axis.
And using audio modeling in the studio and even live gigs for a few years now and I’m sold. It’s rock solid and Sounds really authentic. You can up the realism by using a breath controller. It’s a bit of a game changer.
