NOPE, where the land is clear is probably because of flooding coming off the mountain. Ask your real estate person to look up flood zone in that area. The land need will need to be PERK if you want to do rentals. The area is to noisy to be serene. Sorry, just my opinion. Love you both!
Many things, go on the web and search that county for flood zones. It will show where it floods at. That property looks like it could. Then see it the land will Perk. I think it is to noisey.

NO, NO, NO, concrete slab foundation. Splits like hell in this heat/freeze conditions. Watch out for copper head snakes, they love the fallen trees, dead leaves and rocks. This property looks doable. Hi there! I just stumbled upon your videos when I was looking at a photo on Mary Albrights pg. It piqued my interest and I started to watch. I met you many yrs ago like 20+ at PC spiritual retreat in Boynton Beach and all the other years I went. We never did have any conversation though. Anyways I love the videos I've seen but starred watching out of order. Then I started from the beginning. I really enjoy watching and you've give me hope that no matter your age you can live your dreams. I'm gonna be 70 next month plus kinda been depressed after losing my son and grandson both to overdose. But I'm still alive and coming around after I honestly didn't want to live. But my God had other plans for me and tonight it was to watch your videos! So thank you for them bc I'm thoroughly enjoying them and you've given me a spark of hope. I'm not real tech savvy and pray I can find them again tomorrow. Xoxo
