Yes! Both CPU and GPU sit in between the minimum (Core i3 2100 + R9 270 4gb) And the recommended specs (core i5 6600k + 5700xt 8gb) It would be a decent experience sitting comfortably above the minimum spec.

Usually I see how many have sold by that seller, if it's relatively low I won't buy even if it's cheapest. 100+ sales with photo reviews I'm okay buying; but also use PayPal for payment as an extra layer of buyer protection. Its the 10th gen i9 probably, people think its outdated and would probably not buy it when they are shopping for pcs and would rather go for a newer cpu even if its an i5, i7, R5, R7 etc bc its on a newer socket and 12th/13th gen and the 5000/7000 series have more upgradability. Hope this helped out a lil bit!

My AM4 systems still sell it's just 8th-11th gen intel stuff that seems stagnant even though they are equivalent in performance to the Ryzen 3000 + Thanks for chiming in!
For me it’s has an intel processor waiting for the new 9000 processors and new motherboard to be released before build my next pc even going to go with amd vid card
I was thinking about an XTX on my personal rig! Find myself eyeing up the Sapphire Nitro and ASRock Taichi cards 🙄 Even if I swapped motherboards, I would still need to use this CPU / MB somewhere 😔
@@RotorglowgamingI have 10th gen i5, 12600k upgraded to ddr5 with a new mobo and got an i9 12900k with rtx 3090 TI FE, got it couple years ago with a solid deal for 200$ of face book market place had to fix it up a bit took me a couple days but i got it running
True.. Wouldn't that require them to build it themselves though? Certainly box stores such as Bestbuy has the ease of returns; hard to argue with that. You also risk cheaper components buying a box store prebuilt such as no name power supplies and featureless low end motherboards to name a couple. Not to mention at $1499 shipped it's well under the $1700 16gb / 1TB 4070ti builds at said box stores. Great question though!

I'll almost certainly just get a 9950X and not wait for the X3D model. There's few modern games that are actually worth playing these days as the gaming industry has gone down the toilet thanks to greed and mentally ill people with a certain ideology. For older games and emulation (and software), stuff that's actually worth my time, the X3D cache typically doesn't offer any performance gains. So a 9950X will be a better option for some people if clocks remain higher on the non-X3D parts. Plus, Zen 5 is looking like it overclocks better than Zen 4, but X3D parts don't OC so well.
I believe when they 5800x3d came out they had to lock the frequency over heat concerns having the cache directly on top of the chiplet. I believe they're still planning to be locked down unless I missed some news lol. Regarding the gaming industry it's so true, so many micro transactions anymore. Every new release the players are beta testers or worse 🙄
@@Rotorglowgaming Ah yeah, i forgot that you can't even OC the X3D parts lol. They support PBO 2/curve optimiser but that's it. Someone OC'd a 6 core Zen 5 engineering sample to 5.7GHz on all cores. I'd be happy with that on all cores for the 9950X. I've got 3 chunky 420 radiators so hoping it's possible.
Great analysis. A lot of us are looking at these results and wanting to see this comparison even synthetically compared like this till we get live test data. Fortunately for anyone who just cares about gaming the 9000 series X3D is said to be coming much sooner after like as soon as Sept and to feature some new enhancements to paraphrase AMD statements and leaks in the last few days. 9950X looks great for productivity and gaming with much faster cache than previous gen so the margin between it and X3D might be smaller this time around but if they deliver a 16 core vcache model or larger cache sizes or cooling using the greater thermal headroom of these parts compared to 7000 series which ran at 95 degrees it might get interesting and give more of a reason to use X3D.

It will be much like the 5800x3d vs the 7700x, the 7800x3d will be basically on par for some games, maybe a little faster in a few but the 9700x will stay right with it or blow past it in other games that don't work well with cache. In addition to games that don't work well with cache the 9700x will be substantially better for literally everything else that isn't gaming, just as the 7700x absolutely obliterates the 5800x3d for any sort of productivity. Even if you're not directly doing any super fancy stuff, things like installers, shader compilation, decompression, compression etc will all be much faster. There are an absolute myriad of things that will use a lot of cpu power that will benefit. I don't think anyone should buy a 9700x if they already have a 7800x3d, but for anyone buying new if the price is even similar it should be no contest which to get. Just as it was absolutely silly to buy into AM4, you may save 100 bucks but it's going to cost you a lot more than 100 bucks to upgrade to the next cpu vs buying a 7700x 2 years ago would be a drop in upgrade for a 9700x or 9800x3d. Then again in another 2 years the 11700x or 11800x3d will drop in vs buying a new mobo psu and ram. Saving 100 bucks up front ends up costing you the whole price of the mobo and ram when it's a dead end.
The thing that a lot of people overlook is that stacked 3D cache isn't particularly useful in old and/or some single-thread hungry games. Particularly Unity games. I was very surprised when I found out that switching from 7600X to 7800X3D was actually a downgrade in Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous and Pillars of Eternity 2 Deadfire. But, of course, nobody tests those.
@PineyJustice That's true the 9700x would make more sense if you didn't buy into Am5 already vs the older 7800x3d, performance seems close enough. Then of course rumors are circulating about the 9000x3d already. I don't believe they had pricing up, it'll be interesting to see what they're wanting for the Ryzen 5 personally.

Great video, I'm glad we wont be waiting very long until to find out the real comparison of the new 9000 series chips. Hopefully they are priced well and or the old stuff is reduced in price. AM5 doesn't really have a budget entry level option yet but it could happen soon. :)
I'm right there with ya! If anything the 9000 series seems to be at least trading blows with the 7800x3d. It would be great have a Ryzen 5 out with this kind of performance. You're right, we will have our answers soon! It was fun crunching the numbers if anything.

Very nice my guy. Im thinking about getting one of those PC's with the new RTX 3050 6gb. I want to see how it does in some newer games as will as livestreaming and video making.
Probably a decent pairing with the Core i5 8500 (Non T variant). It should be fine given the RTX cards have the nvenc encoder built in which removes the load from cpu/gpu during streaming.
Yea it's fine! Rx580 are still getting driver updates (as of typing). As long as AMD continues driver support for these cards they're still relevant in my opinion!
