The hadith “Do everything except intercourse” clearly indicates that what is forbidden is only intercourse in the site of menstruation and not foreplay. Allah knows best❤

(Meaning you should be allowed to have sex with 9yr olds which is now proven to be harmful which is why there’s age of consent laws) 2. *How to do Istigfaar?* Istigfaar means seeking forgiveness and there are many Dua'a for seeking forgiveness, the best being Sayyid Istigfaar (Saying it will guarantee Jannah!)
