Hola!! Muchas gracias por su comentario. Entendemos que los subtítulos puedan ser un distractor y lo tomamos en cuenta. Pero los utilizamos por dos motivos. 1. Somos incluyentes y pensamos en personas que tienen problemas auditivos para que puedan leer y seguir lo que se esta presentando en el tour. 2. Un gran porcentaje de personas miran muchos videos sin audio por diferentes motivos ya sea el trabajo, biblioteca, ligar público, etc. Pero siempre lo tendremos en cuenta y veremos que forma mejorar para no generar contaminación visual.

Que tipo de Clima es un area árida o congelada en ciertos meses del año? Tiene el sector algun valor Historico o Cultural? Se puede apreciar Volcanes Activos? Cual es costo relacion vivienda y calidad de vida? Cuanto se pagan de impuestos? Por que si comparo con Nueva York por ejemplo se puede pensar que esta propiedad es baratísima en relacion tamaño, calidad de construccion y coste vida que en ese estado donde un apartamento de 40mts de construccion esta por el $1,000,000.00 para hablar precios es recomendable primero investigar que ofrece el lugar en relacion costo beneficio y segundo entender el comportamiento de la oferta y demanda del sector para saber si es un precio de locura o no. Si necesita informacion o quisiera saber sobre otras opciones en otros precios en el sector sera un gusto atenderlo. Saludos

I just happen to view your video. The title really intrigued me.. Waoo!! What a beautiful place. I felt the serenity and peace just viewing the video. In person, It must be and feel amazing, heavenly and a sublime experience. But is Tuscany just as expensive? How big are the lots?

I believe Tuscany can be a little more pricey compared to Guatemala. Lots here vary on size but they start at 2000sqft2. The value you recieve is not just the piece of land but all that comes with it, that is a project of mix use, you have your private residence on top of the hill, but there will be integrated an area of tourism, area of restaurants, coffeshops, education, amongst others, making it a unique project that goes above all other developments being done around the area. Hola Jorge, Acabo de ver esta propiedad y estamos en Feb 2022, por favor confirma si aun esta disponible o talvez hay alguna otra en construccion Mi esposa y su hermana viajaran a Guatemala el 22 de este mes y estaran en GUatemala 5 dias y seguro visitaran Antigua. Hola Mabel, por el momento no contamos con financiamiento pero es algo en lo que estamos trabajando y esperamos poder contar con ello pronto. Lo que sugerimos en este caso si es viable, es solicitar un HELC para poder invertir en una propiedad en Guatemala o bien poderse pagar de contado. Saludos.
