Those two are such great guys. They brought an entire trailer worth of dalek stuff to my old studio. Hope to see them again at a convention some time. :)
The president who let illegal immigrants kill our citizens, say blacks people love him despite everything he’s done against us, say border patrol loves him and vent though they even said they didn’t
Trump is a crook, I don't need to tell you that, but when you commit crimes for the elite, you are never convicted. Biden created the most corrupt prison system in history, the most corrupt credit card system in history, the most corrupt healthcare system in history, and he sent Boris Johnson to demand that Ukraine rip up the peace agreement because the criminally corrupt wanted to profit from an extended war. I'm sure you have never heard of any of this, and that is the problem with our country. Fanatical politics has become the new religion.
Tales of the Tardis is just a way to reedit classic who stories and into a more accessible format, with a short intro from A Doctor and companion; Producing new stories with the video's proposed idea for 'The Curator' misses the point of what they were making in the first place. The memory Tardis set is a little tight at times, but it wasn't a set built for Tales; It was built for the Legend of Ruby Sunday 2 parter with Empire of Death, and the crew suggested that rather demo the set that they could use it for the classic episode reedits.
Your ideas are good, but Doctor Who ended in 1989. Everything after that is fan fiction. Take your good ideas, make your own show, make people happy and make money. 50 Shades of Grey proved it's possible.
@@StarshipAlves BBC only demonitises your video if you play clips without having a voice over or anything to say about it. It doesn't take much time to enter a prompt into a computer.
It's also ridiculous to complain about demonetization on the small scale, if he really believed in fair use rights he should put the clips in and stand up for that belief.
Hey thanks so much. If these get more views, I'll make more. Theyre very time consuming to make from the audio versions. Might make some direct to video episodes in the future.
Haha, I call it the Starship Studio. It's for work but I am using it for the studio as well. Not gonna lie, for some of the live event streams it's gonna be real handy to have lots of live tv feeds and other stuff up. But for youtube I am just slapping on some backgrounds that match the video. The one monitor that is 4 inches too low is giving me OCD though. Gotta fix that
Yep. I'm hooked on UNDAWN now (its free on steam) which is a very chill sim about a post apocalyptic future. Most of the time its very relaxing...but sometimes ZOMBIES show up. LOL I'll post it here. I'm trying a lot of the free games on Steam recently.
I really enjoyed this documentary... Very thought provoking... let's catch up sometime. let me know how I can get a hold of you or you of me, It has been awhile.
he is wrong. A replicater makes the food as it should be, perfect! It arange the molecules to the point which replicated food is better than self cooked foot. He is wrong he don't have the vision to wright about such things.
It may be perfect food but as we now know and is canon from Star Trek Discovery, the replicated food is made from the people on the ship's poo and pee.
Because poo and pee get destroyed to its atoms and reassemble to new molecules. And Discovery is not enterprise. Its not cannon also the new Star Trek movies. Ist just another dimension where Star Trek is dump. Like a feverdream. If the real sense making and logic Star Trek will come back then you put 30sec trailer of that show before the movie and let the pritagonist to weake up and let him say : oh dear , what a dream“ . Ppppfff What !!!Spore drive??? !!!!!
I forgot to add that the snow falling around Ruby reminds me of the Tommy Westphall theory of connected TV universes. (see www.mentalfloss.com/article/500756/tommy-westphall-theory-unified-tv-universe-explained )
That would make Ncuti a fictional Doctor and i dont think RTD would do him dirty like that. But with your theory, The Doctor (ncuti) could ask as his reward (for figuring out he was in a tv show) to have Ruby Sunday exist in the real world. Then Jodie Whittaker's Doctor would be the one dropping her off at the church. Yes im nuts. Just brainstorming.
Let's hope that you are wrong (I don't think you are) because if you are right then the whole thing becomes completely pointless and just a variation on the trope that is generally considered to be the laziest writing of all - "and it was all a dream". On the positive side if the bigeneration happened after the point where the Toymaker had already decided on the third game it would mean that it didn't happen at all. Personally I'd like to suggest that the Toymaker had started to mess with reality right back at Jodie's regeneration because that would explain how the clothes could regenerate too.
What if the hole show is just a dream in a writter's/producer's head, played out by actors who are actually living a different life and the whole thing is fake?🤔
A few things - that's Mrs flood (Anita Dobson)not Susan twist It seems like your only evidence for this is an increase in 4th wall breaking which Occam's razor suggests is just a new creative direction. (And a funny looking sonic) Furthermore there are several reasons this isn't very plausible. 1) season 1 is trying to be a clean break to welcome new viewers (including those who didn't watch the specials) 2) Dr who has a monster of the week format - series long arcs are handled through sprinkled hints, they don't play out throughout every episode. 3) there are already 2 such dangling threads - Ruby and Susan twist - there isn't enough time to resolve those 2 and "being trapped in a TV show." 4) if they were trapped in a TV show would undercut the emotional weight of every other episode. 5) as a plotline it's too conceptual and meta for the BBC and for Disney who are clearly making an effort to please fans and "get Dr who right" after some rocky series with chibnall. I think it's possible we'll eventually see an episode with another one of the toymakers pantheon trapping them using TV magic and they have to fight that monster to escape a TV but definitely not as a season long arc, definitely not in season 1 and definitely not in any way which subverts or undercuts the rest of dr who continuity.
Good points. Now explain why Jinx said "sound and vision" after disabling the Sonic TV Remote. I couldn't find a reason and that's when it clicked for me. Get it? Click. 😅
For me the most compelling argument is the Doctor’s use of “diegetic” implying that he can hear the show’s background music. That can ONLY make sense if he is aware that it’s a show. It could still just be a joke by the writers but we are used to things making sense in the context of the show,
I've been theorising something similar for episode 7, The Legend of Ruby Sunday, because of the "title teaser" they released before the season started. Also, every episode has had characters staring down the barrel of the camera, which is closer to a 4th wall break than we normally see, especially this regularly. I would point out though, that the Doctor is the one who chooses the game of cutting the deck, and that Mrs Flood is a separate character from Susan Twist's.
And I think The Doctor's reward for winning this challenge is to let the fictional character Ruby Sunday live on. Maybe it's Jodie who drops her off at the church. Yes I'm nuts.
@@StarshipAlves I hadn't considered that point about the title, but I love that theory - in terms of where she comes from though I'm more set on the Trickster theory, I've been building on it since Christmas and it seems like it's now the most popular theory out there
@@StarshipAlves would make sense then why you cant ask who ruby's parent's are. they dont exist she is a character they only exist by name and if you go there there would be no one yet since they havent cast her parents
Hence the Sonic Screwdriver becoming a TV remote for this season when even 14's was more in line with the traditional design we're all used to. Russell lies : P He tells big massive lies with bells hanging off them... His misdirection is funny though haha. "Oh, yes I specifically changed the Sonic to look like a TV Remote cause I was worried kids thought previous design looked more like a gun..." You absolute troll Russell lol
Definetly becoming popular theory and you back it up well. (Ps the lady who winks at the camera isnt susan twist shes anita dobson who played mrs flood)
People made that Click comparison when the screwdriver was released and this theory makes it seem like that's actually on purpose but.... Imagine a whole season of Doctor Who being inspired by Click 😭
@@purefoldnz3070 it's getting better, and I did love some parts of both, but I wouldn't go as far as "best in its history". Resolution is a little too much Deus Ex Machina compared to lots of past episodes. But hey, it's mostly a question of taste I suppose
@@Guizmus1 lets just say some of the best episode for a long long long time. Boom felt like an Eccelston episode along the lines of the Doctor Dances and 73 Yards felt like a modern version of Blink and a bit of TNG'S the Inner Light and yes the ending was tropey but still enjoyable.
Apologies for the A.I. voice. I had a cold and didn't want to wait to put this theory out. I suspect now that we are half way through season 1, there will be bigger clues coming soon.
PIcard is virtue signaling. He is so proud that HE is different from the deplorables in front of him. Is he really? Let's test this hypothesis. Let's put Picard and the crew of the Enterprise D on a farm in Ohio in, say 1830, shortly after Ohio became a state. 1. How long would it take for Picard to pick up on the fact that if he doesn't haul his behind, he and his family will starve that winter? Watch him become acquisitive very quickly. Why? Did his inner nature change? No indeed. Circumstances changed. He will get even more cranky and look for a wife to give him lots of children to help with the farm. There was no other way. Human beings have not changed. 2. Let's get rid of the phrase Trekonomics because not a single writer every really understood economics. They make it up as the go along with buzzwords like "post scarcity" We are already in a post scarcity economy, yet in Ukraine they fight over Lithium and in South Africa too.
That's actually one storyline I'd love to see. The Doctor finally making peace with the Daleks after he frees them from their travel machines restrictions. They then become an ally. Star Trek did that very well with Russians, Klingons and such. Plus, with other dimensions we can still have evil Daleks show up once in a while.
