Thinking about buying a 2009 GT as a daily. I own a 2022 GT but was looking for something to put some miles on and still have some power. Would you say it’s a good daily driver choice ?
@@yvngshine Pops and crackles come from unburned fuel within the exhaust. The pipes themself are hot enough to ignite fuel, so any excess fuel that makes it's way through the combustion process without being used up, makes it's way into the exhaust and ignites from the heat of the exhaust. In a Pop/Crackle tune they generally adjust it so that it dumps more fuel than it needs, this is so it burns more in the exhaust. This is seen as inefficient in today's economy, we don't want any fuel wasted, and fuel that's spent in the exhaust instead of the combustion chamber is wasted, technically. Besides being wasted, it creates harsher emissions that are not only worse on catalytic converters, but also worse on the environment. Modern coyote 5.0's have been made with that in mind and are a bit more efficient in their fuel usage. They also displace/move more air, hence 4.7 vs 5.0, it's displacement of air. More air = More lean, more lean = less pops. It's not impossible to make 5.0's pop a lot, you can tune them to, but in their very nature a 4.7 is going to pop more than a 5.0
I have a supercharged 2010 mustang gt! It's a fun car! My bro is building his single turbo 2005 mustang! He wants 700! But he wants to stage the hp! And now he says a 1000 for just in case. I have his build on IG! A part of me is excited for him. And a part of me know I got to step it up for my car!
@ 3:20 I do the same spect for my 2006 mustang gt 4.6L in 2010 but the different here is my mustang is auto and do flashtune and it's also cammed stage 2 from comp and corsa touring catback..
After driving a 08 GT, 16 GT and C7 Corvette, the 08 GT is by far the MOST FUN to drive. You feel like you are driving faster from that live axel. Don't have a ton of experience with the 11-14 5.0s but damn, the sound of a 3 valve can't be beat for my ears. Love the back lights you have! One of my biggest gripes is that ass end is too square, the 2010 is when it changed to the more angular look. As for the interior, basically no difference from 05 to 14.
That hood! I really like the hood. I've got the original non-functional single hood scoop that came with my '08. Been thinking about upgrading that too for some time. With a new hood & paint job, everybody'll be thinkin' I got ah new Mustang!...LOL🤣Like I stated in your other video, I'll be posting ah vid with her once I get her straight. Are you a part of a Mustang club or anything? We have a couple here in NC I'm told. I just got to get connected. Not until I get her right though, of course.
yessirr a hood upgrade will do wonders for your mustang. i get so many compliments on the hood is ridiculous lol. i’m not apart of any mustang clubs at the moment. the car scene in my area is either jdm or dodge for the most part

Your 'Stang sounds great man! We have about identical setups, from the front to the rear...JLT, 62mm throttle bod, FP Manifold,...I've got shorty headers, high performance cats, XPipe, 373 rear gears, and Super 44's for mufflers. I hope I'm able to achieve those "crackle and pops" when I get my FP cams installed...LOL 👍🏾
@@yvngshine, You know, we've got similar wheels as well!...😀Only thing my 'Stang is Black. Same GT...'08. I need to get the interior a little facelift on the doors. Other than that, she's pretty clean. I was thinkin' of goin' with the red calipers. May do ah short video once I get her straight. Have fun with your ride!
I got a 19 gt with the same Paxton setup minus the fuel system. Tuned by pb dyno, my car makes 662 to the wheels with a conservative tune. Should be 825+ once I get a fuel system and pulley down. Love your ride!!
i built my 3v and the best thing you can do is build a car yourself. there not the fastest but its my pride and joy. epsecially up here in colorado. it was hard enough to get it over 300 wheel. but man do they sound good.
Love my 3v !!! Now im debating if im throwing a supercharge in it … or go with cams and gears for now and keep saving money and throw in a supercharge in a couple of years ! Really dont know what to do 😂😂 i feel if i throw in gears and cams and a pulley ill enjoy what i put on for a couple years and then ill get the supercharge … but what it will cost to do all that , its prettt much the price of a supercharge hahahah
I used to have a 05 3V man I miss it. They are one of the best sounding V8’s! Your’s sounds really nice bro! And they may not be that fast but they are definitely quick!
Man stfu already a 5.0 250 got me into cars and I purchased my first sn95 because of it drive what you like and be quiet already people are gonna like a powerful v8 you're not special for being different

It's a great motor. It sounds great and one of the easiest motors to work on. Super easy to work on. I put a supercharger on one of mine and it really goes and sounds fantastic with cutouts. Honestly, I don't see the complaint about the plastic interior. The new cars are just leather covered plastic. So you don't have to worry about that cracking over time and makes it easier to clean. The body I think hands down looks the best besides the first generation. The s550 looks Euro inspired to me and I hate the reverse light on the bottom of the bumper. Just my personal opinion. The manual transmission tr3650 is far superior to the mt82 transmission in the 2011+ except the Shelby's and Mack 1 mustang. Just my thoughts.
